Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种吹冷风的生物安全柜，包括底座、固定于底座上的壳体、设置于壳体前端开口处的前窗玻璃以及设置于壳体内的隔板，隔板将壳体后端与下端分割成密闭隔绝的风道，隔板前端形成工作空间。气流风经过蒸发器，换热后风变为冷风。其中一部分风向下流动，经过过滤器Ⅱ过滤后，进入工作空间中，使整个工作空间为冷风工作环境。最终冷风在工作空间换热后形成污染的空气，其从风道的进气孔中进入风道，最终经风道从出气口直接排放到外部环境中。冷风抑制了过滤器Ⅰ和过滤器Ⅱ上的微生物生长，从而可以延长过滤器的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及生物安全柜。   
背景技术
安全柜要求当正常使用做相关实验时，安全柜内部形成负压，气流从前进风窗进入到柜体内部，通过通风道，进入到风机吸风口，然后风机推动气流分配给上下过滤器，经过上过滤器的气流直接排到室内或室外，经过下过滤器的气流进入操作区，与吸风孔的气流汇成一体进入到下一个重复循环的过程。不同的实验需要使用不同的实验器材和制剂，有的还需要水路、气路提供水气来支持实验，所有的使用需要面对同一个问题：试验样品的环境温度问题以及过滤器上微生物生长问题。 传统安全柜的试验样品的工作环境温度都是室内温度，安全柜吹风都是室内温度；过滤器的使用条件都是室内温度，安全柜停机后，过滤器上的微生物会在室内温度下生长存活一段时间。    
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上技术的不足，提供了一种制冷效果好、抑制过滤器上微生物生长的吹冷风的生物安全柜。
本实用新型克服其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
本吹冷风的生物安全柜，包括底座、固定于底座上的壳体、设置于壳体前端开口处的前窗玻璃以及设置于壳体内的隔板，所述隔板将壳体后端与下端分割成密闭隔绝的风道，隔板前端形成工作空间，所述风道上设置有进气孔，所述风道与工作空间上方的壳体上分别设置有出风口和进风口，所述工作空间上方安装有过滤器Ⅱ，所述下过滤器上方安装于蒸发器，所述风道上端设置有过滤器Ⅰ，所述底座中安装有压缩机和冷凝器，所述蒸发器以及冷凝器分别通过管路连接于压缩机。
为了提高冷气循环效率，上述过滤器Ⅱ的上方设置有风机。
为了将冷凝水排出，上述蒸发器下端设置有收集水盒，所述收集水盒连接有排水管，所述排水管的出口端设置于壳体外侧。
为了方便移动，上述底座下端四个边角分别设置有脚轮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：气流风经过蒸发器，换热后风变为冷风。其中一部分风向下流动，经过过滤器Ⅱ过滤后，进入工作空间中，使整个工作空间为冷风工作环境。最终冷风在工作空间换热后形成污染的空气，其从风道的进气孔中进入风道，最终经风道从出气口直接排放到外部环境中。冷风抑制了过滤器Ⅰ和过滤器Ⅱ上的微生物生长，从而可以延长过滤器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、附图2对本实用新型做进一步说明。
本吹冷风的生物安全柜，包括底座2、固定于底座2上的壳体1、设置于壳体1前端开口处的前窗玻璃4以及设置于壳体1内的隔板13，隔板13将壳体1后端与下端分割成密闭隔绝的风道16，隔板13前端形成工作空间15，风道16与工作空间15上方的壳体1上分别设置有出风口8和进风口7，工作空间15上方安装有过滤器Ⅱ 6，下过滤器6上方安装于蒸发器14，风道16上端设置有过滤器Ⅰ 5，底座2中安装有压缩机11和冷凝器12，蒸发器14以及冷凝器12分别通过管路连接于压缩机11。安全柜气流风一部风从前窗玻璃4处进入，经过风道16上的进气孔进入风道16，最终经风道16从出气口8直接排放到外部环境中。另一部风从进风口7进入，气流风经过蒸发器14，换热后风变为冷风。其中一部分风向下流动，经过过滤器Ⅱ 6过滤后，进入工作空间15中，使整个工作空间15为冷风工作环境。最终冷风在工作空间15换热后形成污染的空气，其从风道16的进气孔中进入风道16，最终经风道16从出气口8直接排放到外部环境中。冷风抑制了过滤器Ⅰ 5和过滤器Ⅱ 6上的微生物生长，从而可以延长过滤器的使用寿命。
过滤器Ⅱ 6的上方可以设置有风机10。通过风机10强制从进风口7中吸气，可以更好的加速工作空间15中的气体流动速度，从而进一步确保抑制过滤器上的微生物的生长。
蒸发器14下端设置有收集水盒9，收集水盒9连接有排水管，排水管的出口端设置于壳体1外侧。蒸发器14在换热中形成的冷凝水可以流到收集水盒9中，并通过排水管排出。防止冷凝水滴撒到过滤器Ⅱ 6上对过滤器过滤器Ⅱ 6造成的污染。
底座2下端四个边角可以分别设置有脚轮3。通过脚轮3可以方便移动本吹冷风的生物安全柜，提高了使用的便利性。

1.一种吹冷风的生物安全柜，其特征在于：包括底座（2）、固定于底座（2）上的壳体（1）、设置于壳体（1）前端开口处的前窗玻璃（4）以及设置于壳体（1）内的隔板（13），所述隔板（13）将壳体（1）后端与下端分割成密闭隔绝的风道（16），隔板（13）前端形成工作空间（15），所述风道（16）上设置有进气孔，所述风道（16）与工作空间（15）上方的壳体（1）上分别设置有出风口（8）和进风口（7），所述工作空间（15）上方安装有过滤器Ⅱ（6），所述过滤器Ⅱ（6）上方安装于蒸发器（14），所述风道（16）上端设置有过滤器Ⅰ（5），所述底座（2）中安装有压缩机（11）和冷凝器（12），所述蒸发器（14）以及冷凝器（12）分别通过管路连接于压缩机（11）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吹冷风的生物安全柜，其特征在于：所述过滤器Ⅱ（6）的上方设置有风机（10）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吹冷风的生物安全柜，其特征在于：所述蒸发器（14）下端设置有收集水盒（9），所述收集水盒（9）连接有排水管，所述排水管的出口端设置于壳体（1）外侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吹冷风的生物安全柜，其特征在于：所述底座（2）下端四个边角分别设置有脚轮（3）。
