背景技术
冬季干燥的空气极易使羽绒制品上形成电荷堆积，继而产生静电现象。这样，具有静电的羽绒背心无法应用于对火灾要求极为严格的环境中。因此，如果能够制备出具有极好的防静电能力的羽绒背心，则必然广受欢迎。

本发明的目的是提供一种羽绒背心，它具有极好的防静电效果的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：羽绒背心，包括本体，所述本体从外至内依次包括面层、羽绒层和里层，该面层和羽绒层之间、羽绒层和里层之间均设有防静电布层，同时，该羽绒层中设有纵横交错的导电丝，以及，该面层上设有静电消除芯片。
所述防静电布层采用防静电全棉面料制备。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是：具有极好的防静电效果。本发明的羽绒背心通过三种手段对其内外表面以及内部进行了多重防静电处理，继而能够应用于对静电要求极为严格的环境中。

实施例，见图1所示：羽绒背心，包括本体10。该本体10通指该羽绒背心的前片、后片、侧片。具体的讲，该本体10从外至内依次包括面层11、羽绒层12和里层13。该面层11和羽绒层12之间、羽绒层12和里层13之间均设有防静电布层20。该防静电布层20是经过防静电加工处理的面料，广泛用于石油工业、矿冶工业、化学工业、电子工业、特种工业，以及如：原子能、航天航空、兵器和食品、烟花爆竹、医药等行业中。该防静电布层20可以采用防静电绸（导电绸)及防静电超净面料、防静电TC面料、防静电TR面料、防静电CVC面料等制备。较优的，为了增加该羽绒背心的舒适性，本实施例中，该防静电布层20采用防静电全棉面料制备。这样，该防静电布层20使该羽绒背心的内外部具有了第一重防静电保护。同时，该羽绒层12中设有纵横交错的导电丝30。这样，使该羽绒背心的内部具有了第二重防静电保护。以及，该面层11上设有静电消除芯片40。这样，使该羽绒背心具有了第三重防静电保护。

2.根据权利要求1所述的羽绒背心，其特征在于：所述防静电布层（20）采用防静电全棉面料制备。
