本实用新型公开了一种开关柜母排结构。包括母线和螺栓(2),母线采用一面压有深花的母线(4)和一面不压花的母线(1)进行连接,压有深花的母线(4)为母线搭接面上压有深花,四个深花之间凸出一致的凸起(3),凸起(3)的高度为2.5mm,底部宽度为3mm,相邻两个凸起(3)的顶部间距为1.8mm。这种开关柜母排结构可以有效增大母排连接面的接触面积,实现点与面的接触,减小母排连接处的电阻值,增加了散热有效的散热面积,从而降低母排自身产生的热量,增加电气设备的安全性,从而达到保障电力系统安全稳定运行是电力系统控制的根本目标。

本实用新型涉及电力配电系统中的开关柜母排结构。
背景技术
开关柜中铜排搭接面的搭接方式对整个铜排导电性能及散热效果起着关键性的影响,开关设备和控制设备中出现的短路事故绝大部分是直接或间接发生在母线部位,多数是由于母线搭接部位温升过高,散热效果差,最终导致绝缘材料老化造成短路事故。
现有绝大多数的电气设备的母排连接方式是采用压浅花母排与压浅花母排接触,由于母排平面不能够达到绝对的平整,压浅花后的母线也不能达到理想的校平效果,致使在压浅花的母排与压浅花的母排连接时会出现局部接触,母排电阻加大,长时间使用后热积累大,加上电气设备采用的封闭结构,散热效果差,并长期处于高压、大电流和满负荷的条件下运行,导致热量集结加剧,温度不能及时排除,开关柜容易产生安全隐患,危及电气设备的安全运行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是设计出一种可增大接触点,减小母排连接处电阻,从母排本身减小母排产生的热量的开关柜母排结构。
本实用新型开关柜母排结构,包括母线和螺栓,特征在于,母线采用一面压有深花的母线和一面不压花的母线进行连接,压有深花的母线为母线搭接面上压有深花,四个深花之间凸出一致的凸起,凸起的高度为2.5mm,底部宽度为3mm,相邻两个凸起的顶部间距为1.8mm。
本实用新型开关柜母排结构改变了原有母排的压浅花与压浅花的方式,采用一面压有深花和一面不压花的母排进行连接,可以有效的增大母排连接面的接触面积,实现点与面的接触,减小母排连接处的电阻值,增加了散热有效的散热面积,从而降低母排自身产生的热量,增加电气设备的安全性,从而达到保障电力系统安全稳定运行是电力系统控制的根本目标。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如附图所示,本实用新型开关柜母排结构,包括母线和螺栓2,特征在于,母线采用一面压有深花的母线4和一面不压花的母线1进行连接,压有深花的母线4为母线搭接面上压有深花,四个深花之间凸出一致的凸起3,凸起3的高度为2.5mm,底部宽度为3mm,相邻两个凸起3的顶部间距为1.8mm。
为验证本实用新型开关柜母排结构的效果,进行了以下对比试验:
试验电流:2000A    环境温度:11.0℃    铜排1m处  所有连接处螺栓组力矩为96N。
搭接方式按平面母线与平面母线(上测温点A2,对应下测温点A3)、深花母线与深花母线(上测温点B2,对应下测温点B3)、浅花母线与浅花母线(上测温点C2,对应下测温点C3)组合为第一组,平面母线与平面母线(上测温点A2,对应下测温点A3)、深花母线与平面母线(上测温点B2,对应下测温点B3)、浅花母线与平面母线(上测温点C2,对应下测温点C3)为第二组,实验结果见下表:
通过试验后对比,实验结论为:深花母线4与不压花母线1的温升最低。

1.一种开关柜母排结构,其特征在于:母线采用一面压有深花的母线(4)和一面不压花的母线(1)进行连接,压有深花的母线(4)为母线搭接面上压有深花,四个深花之间凸出一致的凸起(3),凸起(3)的高度为2.5mm,底部宽度为3mm,相邻两个凸起(3)的顶部间距为1.8mm。
