背景技术
目前所用烙铁在焊接时有多种调温措施，但使用时操作比较麻烦，焊接和维修时浪费时间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种压力快速变温电烙铁，可解决上述问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种压力快速变温电烙铁，包括：烙铁手柄、烙铁头、烙铁芯、自耦变压器、自耦变压器滑臂、弹簧、绝缘橡胶握柄，自耦变压器还包括主绕组和可调绕组两部分，自耦变压器装在烙铁手柄内，自耦变压器的主绕组直接与220V交流电插头电相连，自耦变压器可调绕组与自耦变压器滑臂电相连，自耦变压器为金属杆，自耦变压器滑臂一端为自耦变压器滑动触点，自耦变压器滑臂另一端固定在绝缘橡胶握柄中部，绝缘橡胶握柄下部与弹簧上端固定在一起，弹簧下端固定在烙铁手柄内。
作为一种技术方案，自耦变压器与绝缘橡胶握柄固定处与烙铁芯的导线电相连，上述烙铁芯固定在烙铁头内。
本实用新型可通过改变手握电烙铁的压力快速调节电烙铁的温度。

一种压力快速变温电烙铁，包括：烙铁手柄1、烙铁头2、烙铁芯3、自耦变压器4、自耦变压器滑臂5、弹簧6、绝缘橡胶握柄7，自耦变压器4还包括主绕组和可调绕组两部分，自耦变压器4装在烙铁手柄1内，自耦变压器4的主绕组直接与220V交流电插头电相连，自耦变压器可调绕组与自耦变压器滑臂5电相连，自耦变压器4为金属杆，自耦变压器滑臂5一端为自耦变压器滑动触点，自耦变压器滑臂5另一端固定在绝缘橡胶握柄7中部，绝缘橡胶握柄7下部与弹簧6上端固定在一起，弹簧6下端固定在烙铁手柄1内。
作为一种实施方式，自耦变压器4与绝缘橡胶握柄7固定处与烙铁芯3的导线电相连，烙铁芯3固定在烙铁头2内。
电烙铁处于正常工作状态时弹簧6的弹力使自耦变压器的滑臂5的触点接触到自耦变压器4的主线圈最上端，此时自耦变压器4的变压比为1：1，电烙铁正常发热，当需要烙铁快速发热时只要用力握住绝缘橡胶握柄7，弹簧6压缩带动自耦变压器滑臂5下滑，自耦变压器可调绕组线圈匝数变少，自耦变压器可调绕组线圈匝数上的电流变大，烙铁芯的功率增大，烙铁快速升温，这样烙铁就按要求可随时快速升温。

1.一种压力快速变温电烙铁，其特征在于，包括：烙铁手柄、烙铁头、烙铁芯、自耦变压器、自耦变压器滑臂、弹簧、绝缘橡胶握柄，上述自耦变压器还包括主绕组和可调绕组两部分，上述自耦变压器装在烙铁手柄内，上述自耦变压器的主绕组直接与220V交流电插头电相连，上述自耦变压器可调绕组与自耦变压器滑臂电相连，上述自耦变压器为金属杆，上述自耦变压器滑臂一端为自耦变压器滑动触点，上述自耦变压器滑臂另一端固定在绝缘橡胶握柄中部，上述绝缘橡胶握柄下部与弹簧上端固定在一起，上述弹簧下端固定在烙铁手柄内。
2.如权利要求 1所述的一种压力快速变温电烙铁，其特征在于，上述自耦变压器与绝缘橡胶握柄固定处与烙铁芯的导线电相连，上述烙铁芯固定在烙铁头内。
