本实用新型涉及电气接地体,尤其是涉及防雷接地极。 
背景技术
目前,导电石墨线层内部设置金属电极的防雷接地极体,多为在导电石墨线层内部设不锈钢棒、不锈钢丝绳的产品,这些产品具有防雷功能,但由于产品内部的不锈钢棒和不锈钢丝绳电极为不锈钢材质,该材质的金属电极电阻大,电流通过时易产生高温,热稳定性能差而产生安全隐患。如用1.5KA电流通流2S热稳定性能试验,其产品内部的不锈钢材质电极温度均高于700℃,比国家规定值的400℃高出300℃,致使产品外部的石墨线层烧损,且不具抗大电流冲击能力,易发生电网短路时的大电流反击事故。用50KA模拟电网短路时的大电流分别对上述产品进行1.5S的通流冲击试验,其不锈钢棒电极被烧红变形,导致产品外部石墨线层脱落,不锈钢丝绳电极被烧断、使产品报废。

本实用新型所述的防雷接地极,包括导电不锈钢棒体,所述导电不锈钢棒体的外周面固定包覆有铜材料导电层,所述铜材料导电层外周面固定包覆有导电石墨线层;位于导电不锈钢棒的两端分别固定有与铜材料导电层电气连接的导电接头。
本实用新型优点在于结构简单、电阻小,热稳定性能和抗短时大电流冲击能力强,采用5KA电流通流升温2S,和采用70KA电流通流1.5S,产品温度均低于400℃。同时本实用新型搬运、安装方便。
