本实用新型公开了一种180度球面发光的LED投光灯,包括灯罩压框(1)、透明灯罩(2)、反光板(4)、集成LED灯珠(5)、灯体(7)、驱动电源(8),驱动电源(8)与灯体(7)固定连接,所述的灯体(7)的中心设有三个倾斜面结构的灯珠固定座(6),三个倾斜面结构之间的夹角互为120度,三个倾斜面垂线与中心线之间的夹角β控制在30至70度,集成LED灯珠(5)对应固定在灯珠固定座(6)的三个倾斜面上;所述的反光板(4)固定在灯体(7)的正面,反光板(4)上设有与灯珠固定座(6)相吻合的凸起,该凸起上设有与集成LED灯珠(5)相对应的投光孔(10),透明灯罩(2)为半球面结构。采用本结构后,具有结构简单合理、安装使用方便、照射范围大、光线均匀、照明效果好等优点。

180度球面发光的LED投光灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种半导体照明技术领域,特别涉及一种照射范围可达到球面180度发光的LED投光灯。
背景技术
LED为新一代固态光源,具有低热量、高光效、长寿命等特点。随着LED 技术的不断突破,尤其大功率、高效率的LED 的开发成功,将LED 广泛应用于普通照明灯具外,还广泛应用于投光灯领域,LED投光灯主要应用于建筑墙体照明、室内局部照明、历史建筑群外墙照明,树木花卉景观照明、广告牌照明、酒吧及舞厅等娱乐场所气氛照明、现场施工及维修、工作照明灯等。现有的单灯投光灯由于LED 发光的单向性,这种LED 投光灯在打开时纵向和水平发光角度最大为120度,没办法达到更大角度,同时,其正前方的发光强度要高于周边,某些区域照射到很少的光线,甚至部分区域无法照射到光线,在需要大角度照明时就会存在暗区,该结构发光角度单一、发光不均匀的特性直接影响到该产品的推广应用。为此,许多生产厂家和有识之士进行了开发和研究,但至今尚未有较理想的产品面世。  
发明内容
为克服现有LED投光灯存在的上述不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、安装使用方便、照射范围大、光线均匀、照明效果好的180度球面发光的LED投光灯。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案,它包括灯罩压框、透明灯罩、反光板、集成LED灯珠、灯体、驱动电源,驱动电源与灯体固定连接,所述的灯体的中心设有三个倾斜面结构的灯珠固定座,三个倾斜面结构之间的夹角互为120度,三个倾斜面垂线与中心线之间的夹角β控制在30至70度,集成LED灯珠对应固定在灯珠固定座的三个倾斜面上;所述的反光板固定在灯体的正面,反光板上设有与灯珠固定座相吻合的凸起,该凸起上设有与集成LED灯珠相对应的投光孔,透明灯罩为半球面结构。
本实用新型进一步方案,所述灯珠固定座的三个倾斜面垂线与中心线之间的夹角β为50度。
本实用新型进一步方案,所述的透明灯罩通过灯罩压框固定在灯体上,透明灯罩与灯体之间设有密封圈,并相互形成防水防尘的密封结构。
本实用新型进一步方案,所述的灯体上设有可调节光照角度的固定支架组件。
本实用新型进一步方案,所述的灯体上设有散热叶片,散热叶片呈纵向排列布置在灯体的背面。
采用上述结构后,与现有技术相比有如下优点和效果:一是由于三个集成LED灯珠对应固定在灯珠固定座的三个倾斜面上,三个倾斜面垂线与中心线之间的夹角β最好控制在50度,三只大功率集成LED灯珠互为120度,通过配光组合使灯具发光角度达到180度球面发光,照射范围大,光线均匀,照明效果好,从而解决暗区的问题。二是由于透明灯罩与灯体之间采用防水防尘的密封结构,可在恶劣的场所和环境下使用。三是由于灯体背面设有呈纵向排列方式的散热叶片,使散热叶片之间形成上下空气流动,加快热交换速度,提高散热效率。四是可以通过可调节光照角度的固定支架组件调节投光灯的投射角度。

具体实施方式
图1至图4所示,为本实用新型一种180度球面发光的LED投光灯的具体实施方案,它包括灯罩压框1 、透明灯罩2 、反光板4 、集成LED灯珠5、灯体7、驱动电源8,透明灯罩2由透明材料制成,可以是透明玻璃也可以是透明塑料等,驱动电源8与灯体7固定连接,所述的灯体7的中心设有三个倾斜面结构的灯珠固定座6,三个倾斜面结构之间的夹角互为120度,三个倾斜面垂线与中心线之间的夹角β控制在30至70度,所述灯珠固定座6的三个倾斜面垂线与中心线之间的夹角β为50度,集成LED灯珠5对应固定在灯珠固定座6的三个倾斜面上;所述的反光板4固定在灯体(7)的正面,反光板4上设有与灯珠固定座6相吻合的凸起,该凸起上设有与集成LED灯珠5相对应的投光孔10,透明灯罩2为半球面结构。三只大功率集成LED灯珠5互为120度,通过配光组合使灯具发光角度达到180度球面发光,照射范围大,照明效果好,光线均匀,从而解决暗区的问题。
为了保证投光灯在恶劣场所和环境下都能使用,所述的透明灯罩2通过灯罩压框1固定在灯体7上,透明灯罩2与灯体7之间设有密封圈3,并相互形成防水防尘的密封结构。为了调节投光灯的光照角度,所述的灯体7上设有可调节光照角度的固定支架组件9。为了提高散热效果,所述的灯体7上设有散热叶片11,散热叶片11呈纵向排列布置在灯体7的背面。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的实施例,并非因此限制本实用新型的专利范围,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,做出的若干简单推演和替换,都属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种180度球面发光的LED投光灯,包括灯罩压框(1) 、透明灯罩(2) 、反光板(4) 、集成LED灯珠(5)、灯体(7)、驱动电源(8),驱动电源(8)与灯体(7)固定连接,其特征是:所述的灯体(7)的中心设有三个倾斜面结构的灯珠固定座(6),三个倾斜面结构之间的夹角互为120度,三个倾斜面垂线与中心线之间的夹角β控制在30至70度,集成LED灯珠(5)对应固定在灯珠固定座(6)的三个倾斜面上;所述的反光板(4)固定在灯体(7)的正面,反光板(4)上设有与灯珠固定座(6)相吻合的凸起,该凸起上设有与集成LED灯珠(5)相对应的投光孔(10),透明灯罩(2)为半球面结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的180度球面发光的LED投光灯,其特征是:所述灯珠固定座(6)的三个倾斜面垂线与中心线之间的夹角β为50度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的180度球面发光的LED投光灯,其特征是:所述的透明灯罩(2)通过灯罩压框(1)固定在灯体(7)上,透明灯罩(2)与灯体(7)之间设有密封圈(3),并相互形成防水防尘的密封结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的180度球面发光的LED投光灯,其特征是:所述的灯体(7)上设有可调节光照角度的固定支架组件(9)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的180度球面发光的LED投光灯,其特征是:所述的灯体(7)上设有散热叶片(11),散热叶片(11)呈纵向排列布置在灯体(7)的背面。
