如CN203052403U,公开一种大功率LED路灯,该路灯包括LED模组、外壳和驱动盒;外壳由挤压或拉伸的型材截断而成,外壳背面具有散热鳍片,正面为平面结构;外壳的一端固定有装饰端盖,另一端与驱动盒相固定,驱动盒端部设有一连接柄;LED模组固定在外壳正面上。该路灯的壳体直接由型材截断而成,造型比较特别,而且LED模组为分离式固定在外壳表面,导致安装和检修麻烦。回归传统路灯的造型,设计成符合LED光源的路灯,即成为本实用新型研究的对象。

本实用新型的目的是设计一种上盖具有散热排水沟的LED路灯。
本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的:一种LED路灯,包括上盖、下盖、反光罩、透光罩、LED灯组和驱动器;所述反光罩锁固在上盖上,LED灯组处于反光罩焦点区,并安装在上盖,透光罩定位在下盖上;所述下盖扣合定位在上盖上,在上盖端部成型有供电杆插入的套筒;其特征是上盖成型有用以安装LED灯组的平面区域,该平面区域背部成型有散热鳍片,该散热鳍片以上盖中心面为镜面,分成左右对称两组,并指向两侧外沿,形成向外的排水沟;所述驱动器安装在反光罩与所述套筒之间区域的上盖上。

参照图1和图2,LED路灯,包括上盖1、下盖2、反光罩3、透光罩4、LED灯组5和驱动器6;反光罩3锁固在上盖1上,LED灯组5处于反光罩焦点区,并安装在上盖1,透光罩4定位在下盖2上;下盖2扣合定位在上盖1上;所述上盖1端部成型有供电杆插入的套筒11、内部成型有用以安装LED灯组5的平面区域12,该平面区域12背部成型有散热鳍片13,该散热鳍片13以上盖中心面为镜面,分成左右对称两组,并指向两侧外沿,形成向外的排水沟14;更具体地说,同组散热鳍片13相互平行,向外端朝上盖套筒11一端倾斜分布,这样LED路灯安装后成微仰状态,该排水沟14为向下趋势,可更顺畅地排出雨水。
进一步,所述上盖1在套筒11端部向内成型有加强筋15,套筒朝背面一侧预留有固定电杆的螺栓孔16,方便安装或检修操作。
