本实用新型包括盒筒、盒盖，所述盒筒为扁平锥状结构，盒筒的一端封闭，另一端带有牙膏出口，牙膏出口上带有外螺纹，盒盖为半球体，盒盖上带有不倒翁结构开盖，盒盖的半球体内带有紧固基座，紧固基座上带有内螺纹，所述盒筒同盒盖通过牙膏出口和紧固基座螺纹连接。

使用前，不倒翁牙膏盒竖直放置在盥洗台上，始终处于直立不倒的状态，牙膏在地心引力的作用下沿不倒翁牙膏盒下沉，使用时打开盒盖上的开盖，牙膏挤出，关闭开盖，将不倒翁牙膏盒放置于盥洗台上。
