一种转动混砂装置，包括有混料腔1、转动夹座2、放料口3、撞片4，混料腔1为上粗下细的锥台状结构，内壁光滑，上端敞口，下端密封，转动夹座2水平夹持在混料腔1底部,撞片4自外伸入混料腔1内与混料腔1内斜壁触碰，撞片4为固定在混料腔1以外的平行四边形网状板块，撞片4长边与混料腔1斜壁平行，短边与混料腔1底面平行，混料腔1底部设有放料口3，混合砂料按比例倒入混料腔1内，转动夹座2带动混料腔1转动，砂料撞击在撞片4上混合。
