    本实用新型涉及一种眼科医疗器械部件,具体地说是一种眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘。
背景技术
现有的Placido 盘,包括盘体,盘体上设置有黑白相间的同心环,由此可对眼睛进行检测,由于其径向并没有纵辐,这就导致角膜切向的数据无法检测,数据分析不完善。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高角膜地形的测量精度,对之后的角膜的治疗和矫正提供更全面和更精确的数据的眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘,包括锥形的盘体,盘体上排列有环形遮光带,其特征在于:盘体上设置有投影为径向方向的一条以上的径向遮光带,所述环形遮光带形成横辐,径向遮光带形成纵辐。
所述环形遮光带和径向遮光带均包括开在盘体上的凹槽以及凹槽内覆盖的黑漆层。
所述盘体的背面喷砂处理层。
所述盘体由亚克力材料制成。
采用上述的结构后,由于盘体上设置有投影为径向的径向遮光带,在径向加了N根辐条,较原有的结构可以实现对角膜表面切向数据的分析,提高了角膜地形的测量精度,对之后的角膜的治疗和矫正提供了更全面和更精确的数据,从而弥补现有设备对角膜数据分析的不足。

如图所示,本实用新型的眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘,包括锥形的盘体1,盘体1由亚克力材料制成,盘体1上排列有环形遮光带2,盘体1上设置有投影为径向的径向遮光带3,环形遮光带2形成横辐,径向遮光带3形成纵辐,也就是说本实用新型的眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘为N个黑白相间的同心圆环和N根均布辐条组成,基于光的反射原理,确定每个圆环的宽度,以保证在成像后的图像每个圆环可以达到间距相等,N根辐条可以用加工中心一次做出,环形遮光带2和径向遮光带3分别包括有开在盘体上的凹槽以及凹槽内覆盖的黑漆层,具体制作过程中是在凹槽喷上无光黑漆,盘体1的背面喷砂处理层,达到照明均匀性;由此可见,本实用新型的主体为透明亚克力材料,所有凹槽填补遮光充填物,为不透光部分,当光源从盘体的背面照射时,其会在眼睛上形成黑白相间的同心圆环,以及N条纵向的辐条,根据同心环及辐条的位置变化,经过软件处理分析可重新构造眼角膜的表面特征。

1.一种眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘,包括锥形的盘体(1),盘体(1)上排列有环形遮光带(2),其特征在于:所述盘体(1)上设置有投影为径向的径向遮光带(3),所述环形遮光带(2)形成横辐,径向遮光带(3)形成纵辐。
2.按照权利要求1所述的眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘,其特征在于:所述环形遮光带(2)和径向遮光带(3)分别包括开在盘体上的凹槽以及凹槽内覆盖的黑漆层。
3.按照权利要求1所述的眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘,其特征在于:所述盘体(1)的背面喷砂处理层。
4.按照权利要求1所述的眼科检测仪器的Placido 盘,其特征在于:所述盘体(1)由亚克力材料制成。
