技术背景
目前国内食品企业众多，涉及到的剥壳设备种类繁多。如花生剥壳机、棉籽剥壳机、红花籽剥壳机等。这些剥壳机在实际使用过程中存在剥壳率底、破碎率高、损失率高等缺点，降低了工作效率，增加了加工成本。
本实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的缺陷，给人们提供一种剥壳率高、破碎率低、使用方便的葵花籽剥壳机。
一种葵花籽剥壳机，包括支架，支架上设有机体，机体顶部设有进料口，进料口部位设有横向插板，其特征在于：所述机体内设有上、下钢板，上下钢板之间转动安装有竖向的主轴，主轴顶部伸出上钢板且顶部固定套装有转盘，转盘上布有扇形打板；所述机体内位于扇形打板的上方设有圆锥形挡板；所述机体上位于转盘和上钢板之间设有出料口。
一种葵花籽剥壳机，其特征在于：所述扇形打板表面粘连有若干碎石子。

所述转盘和扇形打板等构成了剥壳装置。工作时，葵花籽通过进料口进入转盘，进料口处设有横向插板，通过调节插板的深度可调节进料量。电机带动主轴，使主轴上的转盘转动，葵花籽在转盘的转动下产生较大的离心力撞击转盘上的打板，打板对葵花籽产生一方向作用力，使得葵花籽表面外壳产生变形或裂纹。外壳的弹性变形使葵花籽离开打板，而籽仁因惯性力的作用继续向前运动，并在紧靠外壳处产生弹性变形。当葵花籽离开打板时，由于外壳和籽仁具有不同的弹性，其运动速度也不同，籽仁将阻止外壳迅速向回移动致使外壳在裂纹处拉开，实现籽壳分离。
以上所述的转盘为扇形甩块式转盘。
本实用新型的效果为
本实用新型结构设计巧妙，通过撞击作用实现了葵花籽的剥壳目的，小石子戳在葵花籽表面，使其外壳更容易被戳破崩开，剥壳率高、破碎率低、使用方便。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本实用新型包括支架1、机体2、传动装置3、剥壳装置4。机体置于支架上，上端一进料口5。在进料口处设有插板6，机体中间连有不锈钢钢板7和8，在7和8的中间固定轴承9和10，主轴11由轴承9和10固定，在机体的上部有一转盘12，通过主轴11固定，转盘12上布有扇形打板13，在扇形打板正上方有圆锥形挡板14，圆锥形挡板14置于机体内。在转盘12和不锈钢钢板8之间有一出料口15。传动装置3由电机16和皮带17组成，电机16固定在不锈钢钢板7上，皮带17与电机16和主轴11相连。剥壳装置4由转盘12、打板13和主轴11组成。

1.一种葵花籽剥壳机，包括支架，支架上设有机体，机体顶部设有进料口，进料口部位设有横向插板，其特征在于：所述机体内设有上、下钢板，上下钢板之间转动安装有竖向的主轴，主轴顶部伸出上钢板且顶部固定套装有转盘，转盘上布有扇形打板；所述机体内位于扇形打板的上方设有圆锥形挡板；所述机体上位于转盘和上钢板之间设有出料口。
