随着数码产品及通信设备的应用领域越来越广,人们在使用过程中越来越多的需要将使用数据从数码产品或通信类产品中导入或导出,同时也需要通过数据接口给数码产品和通信类产品充电;但现有的USB接头都是分上下面的接头,使用时先要分辩USB接头的上下面,才能正确的插入USB母座,使用很不方便;再者,传统的USB接头的结构是由金属片冲裁成型,再将接触件镶入金属成型件中固定成型,生产工艺复杂,生产成本高。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、生产成本低的双面USB接头。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的双面USB接头,包括连接在传输导线末端的连接套以及与传输导线连接的PCB板,连接套的端面上安装有一个胶套,胶套内设置有一个能够安置PCB板的卡槽,PCB板的正反两面均设置有与传输导线连接的金属片,PCB板安置在卡槽内并使其与传输导线连接。
采用上述的结构后,由于连接套的端面上安装有一个胶套,胶套内设置有一个能够安置PCB板的卡槽,PCB板的正反两面均设置有与传输导线连接的金属片,PCB板双面的金属触片通过巧妙布排,使上、下面的金属触片共用一股数据传输线,节省了材料和工时;由此使用过程中,USB接头的上下面都能与USB母头的金属触片接触、传输数据;使用时,不用分辨USB接头的上下面,就可插拔直接使用,非常方便;其整体结构简单,使用方便,无论是接电脑还是其他数码终端设备或者USB充电设备,都不用分辨USB接头的上下面就可直接使用。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本实用新型的双面USB接头作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,本实用新型的双面USB接头,包括连接在传输导线1末端的连接套2以及与传输导线连接的PCB板3,连接套2的端面上安装有一个胶套4,胶套4内设置有一个能够安置PCB板的卡槽5,PCB板3的正反两面均设置有与传输导线连接的金属片,PCB板双面的金属触片通过巧妙布排,使上、下面的金属触片共用一股数据传输线,节省了材料和工时;PCB板3安置在卡槽内后并使其与传输导线连接;PCB板插入胶套中,由于PCB板与胶套采用过紧的配合关系,所以PCB板会牢牢的卡在胶套中,在使用过程中不会因为频繁的插拔使用,而发生PCS板松动等不良现象;卡紧后的PCB板位于胶套的中间位置,其上、下面的金属触片与胶套的上下距离是一样的,这样就确保了USB接头在使用时不分上下面都能正确的插入USB母座中使用。
通过上述技术制造出来的USB接头整体结构简单、零件减少、生产步骤简化,从而降低企业生产成本;USB接头更小巧、更薄。由于实用新型双面USB接头的上下面都能使用,在使用过程中不用区分USB接头的上下面就能正确插入USB母座,使用更方便、更快捷。

1.一种双面USB接头,包括连接在传输导线(1)末端的连接套(2)以及与传输导线连接的PCB板(3),其特征在于:所述连接套(2)的端面上安装有一个胶套(4),胶套(4)内设置有一个能够安置PCB板的卡槽(5),所述PCB板(3)的正反两面均设置有与传输导线连接的金属片,所述PCB板(3)安置在卡槽内后并使其与传输导线连接。
