本实用新型涉及漏电断路器技术领域,特别涉及一种漏电断路器的直插式防护罩。 
背景技术
现有的防护罩装入断路中时既没导向,装入不方便;又没定位,与断路器贴合不紧凑;散热效果不好。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种漏电断路器的防护罩,以克服上述缺陷。为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种漏电断路器的防护罩,其特征在于:该防护罩为长凹槽形,其端部设有插入式导向条。所述的导向条带有3°—7°斜角。所述的导向条的上部和下部设有定位凸台,与其相配合的漏电壳体的相应处设有定位凹槽。所述的防护罩下面设有与断路器接线孔相对应的隧道式散热孔。所述的散热孔采用条形和/或U形孔组合排列。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型结构简单,组装方便,外形美观且散热效果好,与断路器贴合面紧凑。

具体实施方式
结合图1-图2,为本实用新型一种漏电断路器的防护罩的实施例原理结构示意图,该防护罩3为长凹槽形,其端部设有插入式导向条;所述的导向条带有3°—7°斜角;所述的导向条的上部和下部设有定位凸台310,与其相配合的漏电壳体的相应处设有定位凹槽210,与防护罩导向条的上下定位凸台相对应,1P+N~4P亦同;所述的防护罩3下面设有与断路器接线孔相对应的隧道式散热孔;所述的散热孔采用条形和/或U形孔组合排列。如图1所示,该漏电断路器包含断路器单元4、漏电脱扣单元5、连接系统、防护罩3,断路器单元4与漏电脱扣单元5拼装卡合,断路器壳体1与漏电壳体2贴合通过卡扣固定,连接系统接线完成后,将防护罩3卡入漏电壳体2中,利用定位凸台310与定位凹槽210卡合固定的方式定位。虽然本实用新型已按照上述具体实施方式做了描述,但是本实用新型的实用新型思想并不仅限于此实用新型,任何运用本实用新型思想的改装,都将纳入本专利专利权保护范围内。

1.一种漏电断路器的防护罩,其特征在于:该防护罩(3)为长凹槽形,其端部设有插入式导向条,所述的导向条带有3°—7°斜角,所述的导向条的上部和下部设有定位凸台(310),与其相配合的漏电壳体(2)的相应处设有定位凹槽(210),所述的防护罩(3)下面设有与断路器接线孔相对应的隧道式散热孔,所述的散热孔采用条形和/或U形孔组合排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种漏电断路器的防护罩,其特征在于:断路器壳体(1)与漏电壳体(2)贴合通过卡扣固定,防护罩(3)卡入漏电壳体(2)中,利用定位凸台(310)与定位凹槽(210)卡合固定的方式定位。
