本实用新型涉及漏电断路器技术领域，特别涉及一种漏电断路器的直插式防护罩。
背景技术
现有的防护罩装入断路中时既没导向，装入不方便；又没定位，与断路器贴合不紧凑；散热效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是，提供一种漏电断路器的防护罩，以克服上述缺陷。为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采取的技术方案为：一种漏电断路器的防护罩，其特征在于：该防护罩为长凹槽形，其端部设有插入式导向条。所述的导向条带有3°—7°斜角。所述的导向条的上部和下部设有定位凸台，与其相配合的漏电壳体的相应处设有定位凹槽。所述的防护罩下面设有与断路器接线孔相对应的隧道式散热孔。所述的散热孔采用条形和/或Ｕ形孔组合排列。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：本实用新型结构简单，组装方便，外形美观且散热效果好，与断路器贴合面紧凑。

具体实施方式
结合图1-图2，为本实用新型一种漏电断路器的防护罩的实施例原理结构示意图，该防护罩3为长凹槽形，其端部设有插入式导向条；所述的导向条带有3°—7°斜角；所述的导向条的上部和下部设有定位凸台310，与其相配合的漏电壳体的相应处设有定位凹槽210，与防护罩导向条的上下定位凸台相对应，1P+N～4P亦同；所述的防护罩3下面设有与断路器接线孔相对应的隧道式散热孔；所述的散热孔采用条形和/或Ｕ形孔组合排列。如图1所示，该漏电断路器包含断路器单元4、漏电脱扣单元5、连接系统、防护罩3，断路器单元4与漏电脱扣单元5拼装卡合，断路器壳体1与漏电壳体2贴合通过卡扣固定，连接系统接线完成后，将防护罩3卡入漏电壳体２中，利用定位凸台310与定位凹槽210卡合固定的方式定位。虽然本实用新型已按照上述具体实施方式做了描述，但是本实用新型的实用新型思想并不仅限于此实用新型，任何运用本实用新型思想的改装，都将纳入本专利专利权保护范围内。

1.一种漏电断路器的防护罩，其特征在于：该防护罩（3）为长凹槽形，其端部设有插入式导向条,所述的导向条带有3°—7°斜角,所述的导向条的上部和下部设有定位凸台（310），与其相配合的漏电壳体（2）的相应处设有定位凹槽(210),所述的防护罩（3）下面设有与断路器接线孔相对应的隧道式散热孔,所述的散热孔采用条形和/或Ｕ形孔组合排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种漏电断路器的防护罩，其特征在于：断路器壳体（1）与漏电壳体（2）贴合通过卡扣固定，防护罩（3）卡入漏电壳体（2）中，利用定位凸台（310）与定位凹槽（210）卡合固定的方式定位。
