Abstract

一种室内墙地面金属接地换热系统,该换热系统由地下冷热源换热片、金属线路、通断开关、室内金属墙地板组成;在金属体周围包裹保温隔热材料制成金属线路,其下端伸入地下土壤或水体深处,上端进入建筑物与室内墙地面的金属板材连接,组成室内与地下冷热源间的金属换热线路,利用金属的高导热性来快速高效传输冷热能;可大大提高地源冷热能的传输交换效率,既能使室内温度四季恒定,达到与地下室相同的冬暖夏凉的效果;又能显著减少对地下水的消耗破坏,减小施工安装难度,大大降低使用维护综合成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种室内恒温换热系统,尤其是通过金属接地直接传输地源冷热能的换热系统。 
背景技术
目前,公知现有的室内温度调节是通过冷暖空调、蒸汽热水散热、地板采暖等方式来完成的,使室内空气温度逐步升高或降低,达到合适温度,因其技术成熟,应用已久,得到普遍推广。但现有的室内温度调节方式仍存在耗能高、热效低、不稳定、易污染等缺点,既抬高了生产使用成本,又增加了安装维护困难。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的室内温度调节系统耗能高、热效低、不稳定、易污染、成本大、技术难等缺点,本实用新型提供一种金属接地换热系统,该换热系统不再利用消耗电力、燃料来制冷制热,通过相应的冷热媒完成室内外换热,而是使用金属线路直接将地下冷热能引入建筑物室内,并在金属周围包裹隔热保温材料,利用金属的优良导热性来快速高效传导地下冷热能。 
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:该换热系统由地下冷热源换热片、金属线路、通断开关、室内金属墙地板组成;在金属体周围包裹保温隔热材料制成金属线路,其下端伸入地下土壤或水体深处,上端进入建筑物与室内墙地面的金属板材连接,组成室内与地下冷热源间的金属换热线路,利用金属的高导热性来快速高效传输冷热能;此金属线路上端也可直接连接风机换热片,组成简易的风机换热系统;整个金属线路及上、下末端换热片和室内墙地板可采用泡沫金属,并在泡沫金属的孔隙内填充室温相变蓄热材料,以进一步提高换热率和蓄热量。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:该系统不再通过传统空调机组或冷热水上下交换传热,而是使用金属线路直接连接地下冷热源和地面金属换热片,并在金属周围包裹保温隔热材料,利用金属的高导热性来快速高效传输交换地源冷热能。因此,本实用新型可大大提高地源冷热能的传输交换效率,既能使室内温度四季恒定,达到与地下室相同的冬暖夏凉的效果;又能显著减少对地下水的消耗破坏,减小施工安装难度,大大降低使用维护综合成本。

具体实施方式
在图1中,金属体(1)周围包裹保温隔热材料(2),将其伸入地下土壤或水体(9)深处,下端扩大成地下换热片(3),以增加换热量;上端进入建筑物与室内墙地面的金属板材连接,组成金属传热线路,利用金属的高导热性来快速高效传输交换冷热能;室内和地下的热量沿着5-4-1-2-3组成的金属传热线路上下换热,使室内与地下始终保持同步恒温。

1.一种室内墙地面金属接地换热系统,由地下冷热源换热片、金属线路、通断开关、室内金属墙地板组成,其特征是:在金属体周围包裹保温隔热材料制成金属线路,其下端伸入地下土壤或水体深处,上端进入建筑物与室内墙地面的金属板材连接,组成室内与地下冷热源间的金属换热线路。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙地面金属接地换热系统,其特征是:整个金属线路及上、下末端换热片和室内墙地板采用泡沫金属,并在泡沫金属的孔隙内填充室温相变蓄热材料。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙地面金属接地换热系统,其特征是:金属线路上端直接连接风机换热片,组成简易的风机换热系统。
