Abstract

一种设有骨架支撑强化结构的帐篷,包括顶盘(1)、多根顶部与顶盘(1)成周向倾斜连接的顶角支撑杆(2)、与每一顶角支撑杆(2)底部连接的脚杆支撑架(3),相邻两顶角支撑杆(2)之间设有铰链式横梁(4),该铰链式横梁(4)的两端分别与相邻的两脚杆支撑架(3)的上端连接,铰链式横梁(4)与顶盘(1)之间设有骨架强化支撑杆(5),该骨架强化支撑杆(5)的顶部与顶盘(1)倾斜连接,该骨架强化支撑杆(5)的底部与铰链式横梁(4)的中间铰接部连接。该帐篷具有强化骨架结构、增强铰链稳定性、防止顶布斜面中间积水的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及帐篷技术领域,具体讲是一种设有骨架支撑强化结构的帐篷。
背景技术
目前,帐篷已经成为一种不可或缺的户外用品,为了便于携带和收纳,通常都设计成可折叠骨架结构。而帐篷的折叠都是依靠铰链式横梁与脚杆支撑架之间的连接来实现收缩和展开的。
常见的可折叠式帐篷骨架结构如图1所示,这种结构骨架可以折叠伸缩,使用方便,但是铰链容易折断或弯折,使用寿命短,特别是在雨天,帐篷顶布三角斜面中间部位容易下垂,形成积水,最后压垮整个帐篷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种强化骨架结构、增强铰链稳定性、防止顶布斜面中间积水的设有骨架支撑强化结构的帐篷。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:包括顶盘、多根顶部与顶盘成周向倾斜连接的顶角支撑杆、与每一顶角支撑杆底部连接的脚杆支撑架,相邻两顶角支撑杆之间设有铰链式横梁,该铰链式横梁的两端分别与相邻的两脚杆支撑架的上端连接,铰链式横梁与顶盘之间设有骨架强化支撑杆,该骨架强化支撑杆的顶部与顶盘倾斜连接,该骨架强化支撑杆的底部与铰链式横梁的中间铰接部连接。
骨架强化支撑杆为可伸缩支撑杆,该可伸缩支撑杆由两节或两节以上直径依次减小且依次套接并可相对滑动的空心管构成。
顶角支撑杆与脚杆支撑架之间设有加强杆,该加强杆的顶部与顶角支撑杆的下端连接,该加强杆的底部与脚杆支撑架的上端连接。
本实用新型的设有骨架支撑强化结构的帐篷通过在铰链式横梁与顶盘之间设置骨架强化支撑杆,且该骨架强化支撑杆的底部与铰链式横梁的中间铰接部连接,这样在打开帐篷后,铰链式横梁的中间铰接部被支撑住,铰链式横梁的中间便不会内外弯曲变形,从而形成了稳固的抗弯结构,直接补强了帐篷最薄弱的位置,加上骨架强化支撑杆的顶部还与顶盘倾斜连接,这样在骨架强化支撑杆的顶部与顶盘倾斜连接,其底部与铰链式横梁的中间铰接部连接后,便会对帐篷顶三角斜面中心位置最容易造成下垂积水的部位形成一个直接的支撑作用,使其无法积水,达到防积水的效果。另外本实用新型结构紧凑合理,整体简洁、不复杂。
进一步地,骨架强化支撑杆为可伸缩支撑杆,该可伸缩支撑杆由两节或两节以上直径依次减小且依次套接并可相对滑动的空心管构成,用可伸缩支撑杆作为骨架强化支撑杆便于帐篷骨架结构的收拢,使收拢时帐篷骨架结构体积变小。
进一步地,顶角支撑杆与脚杆支撑架之间设有加强杆,该加强杆的顶部与顶角支撑杆的下端连接,该加强杆的底部与脚杆支撑架的上端连接,加强杆的设置进一步强化了整个帐篷骨架结构,增加了稳定性能。

本实用新型图中所示:1顶盘,2顶角支撑杆,3脚杆支撑架,4铰链式横梁,5骨架强化支撑杆,5.1空心管,6加强杆,7卡扣。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本实用新型设有骨架支撑强化结构的帐篷,包括顶盘1、多根顶部与顶盘1成周向倾斜连接的顶角支撑杆2、与每一顶角支撑杆2底部连接的脚杆支撑架3。在本实施例中,顶角支撑杆2的数量为四根,该四根顶角支撑杆2沿顶盘1成周向分布,且每根顶角支撑杆2与顶盘1之间形成有夹角,即顶角支撑杆2成倾斜状态。
相邻两顶角支撑杆2之间设有铰链式横梁4,该铰链式横梁4的两端分别与相邻的两脚杆支撑架3的上端连接。其中铰链式横梁4由两根横梁杆通过铰链铰接而成,行业内俗称为铰链式横梁。
铰链式横梁4与顶盘1之间设有骨架强化支撑杆5,该骨架强化支撑杆5的顶部与顶盘1倾斜连接,该骨架强化支撑杆5的底部与铰链式横梁4的中间铰接部连接。其中倾斜连接是指骨架强化支撑杆5与顶盘1之间留有夹角,即骨架强化支撑杆5成倾斜状态与顶盘1紧固连接。而骨架强化支撑杆5的底部与铰链式横梁4的中间铰接部连接是通过在骨架强化支撑杆5的底部设置一卡扣7,通过该卡扣7而卡接到铰链式横梁的中间铰接部的,同时,在需要收拢帐篷时,卡扣7又可从铰链式横梁的中间铰接部卸下而实现帐篷的收拢。当然除了卡扣7外,还可采用挂钩结构来实现与铰链式横梁的中间铰接部的连接。
作为本实施例的改进方案,骨架强化支撑杆5优选为可伸缩支撑杆,该可伸缩支撑杆由两节或两节以上直径依次减小且依次套接并可相对滑动的空心管5.1构成。在本实施例中,空心管5.1的数量为两节,两节可套合也可相对滑动,且可通过内部的跳珠实现固定。可伸缩支撑杆可直接购买,为常见的伸缩杆结构。
另外,顶角支撑杆2与脚杆支撑架3之间设有加强杆6,该加强杆6的顶部与顶角支撑杆2的下端连接,该加强杆6的底部与脚杆支撑架3的上端连接。
当帐篷打开后,把顶部连接在顶盘的可伸缩支撑杆拉升出来直到跳珠弹出实现固定,此时该拉升后的可伸缩支撑杆的底部通过卡扣7连到铰链式横梁的中间铰接部位置,使铰链中间被支撑住无法内外弯曲变形,形成稳固的抗弯结构。直接加强了该类帐篷的最薄弱的位置,提高产品的牢固性和稳定性。又因为可伸缩支撑杆连接顶盘和铰链式横梁中间的位置,对帐篷三角斜面的中间位置最容易造成下垂积水的部位形成一个直接的支撑作用,使其无法积水,达到防积水的效果。收帐篷时,只要把卡扣7顶出铰链的连接位置,然后把可伸缩支撑杆缩回,就可以按照正常步骤把整个帐篷收起来。

Claims (3)

1.一种设有骨架支撑强化结构的帐篷,包括顶盘(1)、多根顶部与顶盘(1)成周向倾斜连接的顶角支撑杆(2)、与每一顶角支撑杆(2)底部连接的脚杆支撑架(3),相邻两顶角支撑杆(2)之间设有铰链式横梁(4),该铰链式横梁(4)的两端分别与相邻的两脚杆支撑架(3)的上端连接,其特征在于:铰链式横梁(4)与顶盘(1)之间设有骨架强化支撑杆(5),该骨架强化支撑杆(5)的顶部与顶盘(1)倾斜连接,该骨架强化支撑杆(5)的底部与铰链式横梁(4)的中间铰接部连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有骨架支撑强化结构的帐篷,其特征在于:骨架强化支撑杆(5)为可伸缩支撑杆,该可伸缩支撑杆由两节或两节以上直径依次减小且依次套接并可相对滑动的空心管(5.1)构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设有骨架支撑强化结构的帐篷,其特征在于:顶角支撑杆(2)与脚杆支撑架(3)之间设有加强杆(6),该加强杆(6)的顶部与顶角支撑杆(2)的下端连接,该加强杆(6)的底部与脚杆支撑架(3)的上端连接。
