背景技术
目前国内玻纤胎沥青瓦主要有两个品种：一种为平面沥青瓦是以玻纤毡为胎基，用沥青材料浸涂盖后，表面覆以保护隔离材料，并且外表面平整的沥青瓦，俗称：平瓦。另一种叠合沥青瓦是采用玻纤毡为胎基生产的沥青瓦，在其实际使用的外露部分区域用沥青粘合了一层或多层沥青瓦材料形成叠合状，俗称叠瓦。这两个品种都广泛应用于屋面建设中，但平面沥青瓦立体感差，叠合沥青瓦由于叠合部分用沥青粘合抗风揭性能低、生产成本高，并且不能制作全背胶产品，从而降低了瓦与瓦、瓦与基面的粘结强度。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述传统技术的不足之处，提供一种抗风揭性能好、固定强度高的自固定防水沥青瓦。

作为一种优选方案，所述沥青瓦主体的上表面与瓦钉的钉帽相应的位置设有可剥离的固定指示贴。可以通过不干胶等黏贴于沥青瓦主体的上表面，起到指示瓦钉的钉帽位置的作用，防止误操作。在沥青瓦固定完毕后，就可以将固定指示贴揭下，不影响沥青瓦的外观。
作为一种优选方案，所述瓦钉的钉帽直径为0.9～1.5厘米。钉帽直径加大可以增加敷设的速度，减少沥青瓦主体1破损的可能性。

实施例：如附图1和附图2所示，自固定防水沥青瓦，包括层状结构的沥青瓦主体1，所述沥青瓦主体1自上而下由彩色天然矿石颗粒层、上改性沥青层、玻纤毡层、下改性沥青层和热熔自粘胶层复合构成，所述沥青瓦主体1上设有若干个瓦钉2，所述瓦钉2的钉帽位于沥青瓦主体1的玻纤毡层和下改性沥青层之间，瓦钉2的钉帽直径为1.5厘米，所述瓦钉2的钉尖伸向沥青瓦主体1的下方。所述沥青瓦主体1的上表面与瓦钉2的钉帽相应的位置设有可剥离的固定指示贴3，固定指示贴3通过不干胶黏贴于沥青瓦主体1的上表面。通过沥青瓦上设置的瓦钉2可以将沥青瓦牢固的固定，同时避免在瓦面上钉额外的固定钉，在大大提高其抗风揭性能的同时，避免了钉眼造成屋面漏水的可能。当然，瓦钉2的钉帽直径可以选取0.9～1.5厘米之间的数值，钉帽加大可以增加敷设的速度，减少沥青瓦主体1破损的可能性。附图中未示出瓦钉2的钉帽以及构成沥青瓦主体1的层状结构。

1.自固定防水沥青瓦，包括层状结构的沥青瓦主体(1)，其特征在于：所述沥青瓦主体(1)自上而下由彩色天然矿石颗粒层、上改性沥青层、玻纤毡层、下改性沥青层和热熔自粘胶层复合构成，所述沥青瓦主体(1)上设有若干个瓦钉(2)，所述瓦钉(2)的钉帽位于沥青瓦主体(1)的玻纤毡层和下改性沥青层之间，所述瓦钉(2)的钉尖伸向沥青瓦主体(1)的下方，所述沥青瓦主体(1)的上表面与瓦钉(2)的钉帽相应的位置设有可剥离的固定指示贴(3)，所述瓦钉(2)的钉帽直径为0.9～1.5厘米。
