本实用新型涉及一种钽保护层电极。 
背景技术
在原来的涂层电极制备中,一般采用热分解或者电镀的方法对电极基材的表面进行加工,在电极表面,先通过热处理方式,制备一层贵金属氧化物,作为活性层,该活性层一般存在表面裂纹,电解液通过表面裂纹,腐蚀电极基材,电极在使用过程中,由于电解液渗透,电极基材表面易形成一层绝缘层,隔离活性层与电极基材,使电极失效。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,从而提供一种钽保护层电极,减缓电解液对电极腐蚀,延长电极使用寿命。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是这样的:钽保护层电极,包括电极基层,所述电极基层表面具有活性层,所述活性层表面具有钽保护层。
进一步改进的是:所述活性层厚度为5-10um, 钽保护层厚度1-2um。
进一步改进的是:所述活性层为贵金属氧化物层。
通过采用前述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:在电极活性层基础上,通过外层加涂一层钽保护层,改善电极表面的形貌,减缓电解液对电极腐蚀,延长电极使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型公开一种钽保护层电极,包括电极基层1,所述电极基层1表面具有活性层2,所述活性层2表面具有钽保护层3,所述活性层厚度为5-10um, 钽保护层厚度1-2um,所述活性层2烧结温度为300-500℃,钽保护层3烧结温度为400-600℃,所述活性层2需重复10-20次涂制,钽保护层3需涂制2-5次,所述活性层2为Ir-Sn的氧化物,其比例为10-40:90-60,钽保护层3为以钽为主的氧化物,钽占70-95%,所述活性层2为贵金属氧化物层。
电极活性层2表面,加涂一层钽保护层3,减少电极表面裂纹,减缓电解液的渗透腐蚀,延长电极使用寿命,该种电极,适用于含细小离子(如氟离子、氯离子)的电解液,由于电极表面较致密,电极使用寿命可延长3-4倍。
