本实用新型涉及一种改进的热卷箱稳定器连接装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的稳定器的连接装置中，侧挡板与导杆的连接是通过两块半圆形的卡板卡入导杆端部的凹槽内又与侧挡板进行螺栓连接的方式进行连接。另外，侧挡板上部与弯曲辊对应的部位，没有引导装置，导致中间坯头部进入侧挡板时很容易将变部与侧挡板发生冲撞，造成卷取失败或侧挡板被严重冲击的情况。这种连接结构下使侧挡板很容易在工作过程中发生晃动，导致影响了中间坯准确的成卷效果，对下道工序轧制加工造成了一定的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的热卷箱稳定器连接装置，可以确保侧挡板不被中间坯头部撞击，进一步加强导杆和侧挡板的连接牢固性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种改进的热卷箱稳定器连接装置，包括侧挡板，侧挡板朝向中间坯的板体外缘向外延伸构成侧挡板引导耳，侧挡板外壁上由内而外依次设置着加强板以及组合式半圆卡套，卡套内套装着导杆。
本实用新型左右两侧的侧挡板增加了喇叭形状的侧挡板引导耳，避免了中间坯头部对侧挡板的异常冲撞。组合式半圆卡套，由两只既有平面半圆卡板又有半圆柱状卡套组成的组合式半圆卡套，其通过螺栓与加强板和侧挡板连接后，更加加强了侧挡板与导杆的连接牢固性。

一种改进的热卷箱稳定器连接装置，如图1所示，包括侧挡板2，侧挡板2朝向中间坯的板体外缘向外延伸构成侧挡板引导耳1，侧挡板2外壁上由内而外依次设置着加强板3以及组合式半圆卡套5，上、下卡套5内分别套装着导杆6、7。卡套5的内侧端具有连接法兰，卡套5的外侧端呈圆柱筒状。卡套5通过螺栓4与加强板3以及侧挡板2相连接后，进一步加强了侧挡板2与导杆6、7的连接牢固性。
