本实用新型涉及永磁联轴器领域,尤其涉及一种永磁涡流柔性球面联轴器。
背景技术
永磁联轴器由于其结构简单、减震降噪、无接触传动等优点,近年来被广泛推广应用,其中导体转子与电机轴连接,永磁转子与负载的轴连接,导体转子和永磁转子之间设有空气间隙(称为气隙),由于没有传递扭矩的机械连接,这样,在电机和负载之间就形成了软(磁)连接,可通过调节气隙来实现对负载的扭矩和转速的调节。
但是在电机与负载的安装过程中通常会由于负载和电机的连接轴之间存在夹角而出现轴线不重合的情况,这会降低扭矩的传递效率,同时在设备运行中由于气隙的宽度不均匀,还会出现负载运转不平稳的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种永磁涡流柔性球面联轴器,永磁体与导体盘之间通过球面气隙连接,克服负载和电机之间的连接轴夹角对气隙的影响,提高电机扭矩的传递效率,保证设备的正常运行。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现:
一种永磁涡流柔性球面联轴器,包括输入轴、输出轴、导体和永磁体,导体通过导体盘座与输入轴相连,永磁体通过磁盘座与输出轴相连,导体与永磁体之间设有气隙,所述导体与永磁体之间构成一对球面连接副,气隙分布在导体与永磁体之间的配合球面之间。
所述磁盘座或导体盘座上设有风扇。
所述风扇设在磁盘座上。
所述永磁体上设有通风孔。
所述磁盘座通过垫圈、顶丝与输出轴相连。
与现有的技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)永磁体与导体之间通过球面气隙连接,能有效克服负载和电机之间的连接轴夹角对气隙均匀性的影响,有利于保证设备的平稳运行,提高电机扭矩的传递效率;2)永磁体中间设有通风孔,增强了对永磁体的散热效果,有效防止涡流发热引发的退磁现象。

如图1所示,是本实用新型一种永磁涡流柔性球面联轴器实施例的结构示意图,包括输入轴1、输出轴2、导体3和永磁体4,导体3通过导体盘座11与输入轴1相连,永磁体4通过磁盘座5与输出轴2相连,导体3与永磁体4之间设有气隙7,导体3与永磁体4之间构成一对球面连接副,气隙7分布在导体3与永磁体4之间的配合球面之间,这种球面连接结构可有效解决负载与电机之间连接轴夹角问题,避免形成不均匀的气隙,有利于减轻系统的振动。
本实用新型的磁盘座5或导体盘座11上设有风扇6。实施例中风扇6设在磁盘座5上。风扇6也可根据情况设置在导体盘座11上,当设备运行时,导体3与永磁体4之间的滑差现象可使风扇发挥散热作用。
永磁体4上设有通风孔10,有利于形成空气的对流,提高对永磁体的散热效果,降低高温退磁风险。
磁盘座5通过垫圈8、顶丝9与输出轴2相连,这样能使磁盘座与输出轴之间的连接更方便,方便安装和检修。

1.一种永磁涡流柔性球面联轴器,包括输入轴、输出轴、导体和永磁体,导体通过导体盘座与输入轴相连,永磁体通过磁盘座与输出轴相连,导体与永磁体之间设有气隙,其特征在于,所述导体与永磁体之间构成一对球面连接副,气隙分布在导体与永磁体之间的配合球面之间。
