本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种将雾灯和LED日间行车灯设置在一起的装置。实现上述目的的技术方案如下:
雾灯和LED日间行车灯一体化装置,其特征在于:包括透屏、导光条、反光网、透镜、线路板、壳体,所述线路板包括线路板一、线路板二,其中线路板一放置在壳体底部的容纳腔内,线路板二的一端穿过线路板一也插接在壳体底部,线路板二另一端穿过反光网,线路板一通过导线与线路板二连接,同时线路板一另有一组导线与汽车相应线路相连接,线路板一与线路板二上都连接一颗和/或数颗灯珠,透镜通过连接件与线路板一连接,反光网的上端容置导光条,透镜上部容置在反光网的下端,线路板二另一端穿过反光网后插接到导光条内部,使灯珠容置在导光条内部,而反光网容置在壳体内部,透屏与壳体连接,将导光条、反光网、透镜罩住。
优选的,所述导光条大体呈一封闭的环形结构,导光条上具有一接头,接头底部对称的两侧设置有连接脚,连接脚卡接在反光网上进行固定。
优选的,所述反光网的主体为一空心的圆柱体结构,在反光网主体的中心具有一向上凸起的凸出一,凸出一的外围与反光网主体的内壁之间形成一通道,通道的底部设置凹槽一,通道内适配的容置导光条,反光网主体的下端具有向外的凸出二,凸出二的中间为凹槽二,凹槽二内容纳透镜的上部。
优选的,所述透镜的主体大体为一长方体的结构,在透镜主体下端的两侧分别对称的设置有支撑脚,支撑脚上设置有连接孔一,支撑脚通过螺丝与线路板一连接。
优选的,所述壳体大体为一中空的圆柱体结构,且壳体具有底部,在壳体的内壁上具有一凸出环,反光网上部适配的坐落在凸出环上,同时在壳体内壁上轴向的设置凸肋一,紧邻凸肋一的两侧,在壳体底部分别设置插孔7-3,凸肋一插入线路板二的中间,同时,线路板二的底端卡接在插孔内,壳体底部中间的位置设置凹槽六,灯珠的边缘坐落在凹槽六内,壳体内壁对称的两侧还各设置一个凸肋二。
优选的,所述线路板一上具有一插口,插口内插入线路板二,同时在线路板一边缘,对称的设置有凹槽三,凹槽三内适配的插入凸肋二,线路板一上还设置连接孔二,连接孔二与连接孔一位置对应,线路板一的中间设置连接孔三,连接孔三与凹槽六对应,连接孔三内容置灯珠,且连接孔三内的灯珠被透镜罩住。
优选的,所述反光网外壁呈台阶式结构。
优选的,所述线路板一为PCB材质、线路板二为纯铝材质。
优选的,线路板一上连接雾灯灯珠,线路板二上连接日行灯灯珠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做详细的说明。
图中,雾灯和LED日间行车灯一体化装置,包括透屏1、导光条2、反光网3、透镜4、线路板一5、线路板二6、壳体7,其中线路板一5放置在壳体底部的容纳腔内,线路板二6的顶端与透镜连接,同时线路板二6插接在线路板一5上,并且透镜4的底部通过螺丝也与线路板一5连接,反光网3的上端容置导光条2,透镜4上部容置在反光网的下端,而反光网容置在壳体内部,透屏与壳体连接,将导光条、反光网等部件罩住。
下面具体的描述各个部件的结构。
反光网3的主体3-1为一空心的圆柱体结构,在反光网主体的中心具有一向上凸起的凸出一3-2,凸出一的外围与反光网主体的内壁之间形成一通道,通道的底部设置凹槽一3-3,通道内适配的容置导光条2,凹槽一3-3内放置导光条的接头,反光网主体的下端具有向外的凸出二3-4,凸出二3-4的中间为凹槽二3-5,凹槽二3-5内容纳透镜的上部,反光网上端面3-6的尺寸略凸出反光网3的主体,截面形状形成台阶式的结构,反光网3的主体坐落在壳体内部。
透镜4的主体大体为一长方体的结构,在透镜主体下端的两侧分别对称的设置有支撑脚4-1,支撑脚上设置连接孔一4-2,透镜优选安装在线路板一的中部,这样可以将雾灯灯珠8罩在其内。
壳体7大体为一中空的圆柱体结构,且壳体具有底部,在壳体的内壁上具有一凸出环7-1,反光网的上端适配的坐落在凸出环7-1上,沿着壳体的轴向方向,在壳体内壁上设置有一凸肋一7-2,紧邻凸肋一底部的两侧,在壳体底部端面上分别设置插孔7-3,线路板二从线路板一的插口插入后卡接在插孔7-3内,凸肋一7-2位于线路板二中间,同时在壳体的底部设置数个连接孔四7-4,螺丝从线路板一上的连接孔二内穿过与壳体底部的连接孔四连接,将线路板一固定在壳体内。壳体下部内壁上对称的还设置有凸肋二7-5,凸肋二插入线路板一上的凹槽三5-3内,防止线路板一移动,凸肋二7-5端面上方紧挨着反光网且可以从壳体的外部钻固定孔至凸肋二(固定雾灯支架用),还可以在壳体底部的中间设置凹槽六7-8,雾灯灯珠8的边缘坐落在凹槽六内,而电路板一与与汽车相应线路(即雾灯及日行灯的线路)相连接的另一组导线则从凹槽五7-7内穿出。优选壳体为纯铝材质。
线路板一5上具有一插口5-1,插口内插入线路板二,同时线路板一上还设置有连接孔二5-2,通过螺丝将透镜与线路板一连接,线路板一边缘对称的两侧还设置有凹槽三5-3,凹槽四5-5,其中凹槽四5-5为出线口,出线口与凹槽五7-7对应,线路板一与汽车相应线路相连接的另一组导线穿过出线口和凹槽五,线路板一的中央设置连接孔三5-4,连接孔三内放置雾灯灯珠,并且雾灯灯珠与线路板一焊接在一起,雾灯灯珠的边缘8-1置于壳体底部的凹槽六7-8内,如图19所示,其中凹槽三5-3内适配的插入凸肋二7-5,优选线路板一为PCB材质。
导光条2大体呈一封闭的环形结构,导光条上具有一接头2-1,接头下端的两侧对称设置连接脚2-2,连接脚2-2卡在反光网3-3处固定,导光条内安装两颗日行灯灯珠9,此日行灯灯珠同时焊接在线路板二上,优选导光条为导光透明的PC材质。
所述透屏大体为一半圆的结构,透屏的端面与反光网端面连接,将导光条罩在反光网内。透屏与反光网之间可以通过螺纹连接。优选反光网为ABS材质,透屏为透明PC材质,线路板二为纯铝材质。
本实用新型利用没有配备日间行车灯的车辆上的雾灯安装位固定壳体,从而在不破坏原有车辆外观及电路的基础上,为没有日间行车灯功能的车辆设置雾灯和LED日间行车灯,提高产品的使用性能。
本实用新型中LED日间行车灯为环形的封闭结构,如图4;雾灯为近似长方体的透明结构,如图8。线路板一控制雾灯及日行灯的开闭,线路板二只作为线路及日行灯灯珠的载体,以及为灯珠进行散热的作用。

1.雾灯和LED日间行车灯一体化装置,其特征在于:包括透屏、导光条、反光网、透镜、线路板、壳体,所述线路板包括线路板一、线路板二,其中线路板一放置在壳体底部的容纳腔内,线路板二的一端穿过线路板一也插接在壳体底部,线路板二另一端穿过反光网,线路板一通过导线与线路板二连接,同时线路板一另有一组导线与汽车相应线路相连接,线路板一与线路板二上都连接一颗和/或数颗灯珠,透镜通过连接件与线路板一连接,反光网的上端容置导光条,透镜上部容置在反光网的下端,线路板二另一端穿过反光网后插接到导光条内部,使灯珠容置在导光条内部,而反光网容置在壳体内部,透屏与壳体连接,将导光条、反光网、透镜罩住。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雾灯和LED日间行车灯一体化装置,其特征在于:所述导光条大体呈一封闭的环形结构,导光条上具有一接头,接头底部对称的两侧设置有连接脚,连接脚卡接在反光网上进行固定。

6.根据权利要求5所述的雾灯和LED日间行车灯一体化装置,其特征在于:所述线路板一上具有一插口,插口内插入线路板二,同时在线路板一边缘,对称的设置有凹槽三,凹槽三内适配的插入凸肋二,线路板一上还设置连接孔二,连接孔二与连接孔一位置对应,线路板一的中间设置连接孔三,连接孔三与凹槽六对应,连接孔三内容置灯珠,且连接孔三内的灯珠被透镜罩住。
7.根据权利要求3所述的雾灯和LED日间行车灯一体化装置,其特征在于:所述反光网外壁呈台阶式结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的雾灯和LED日间行车灯一体化装置,其特征在于:所述线路板一为PCB材质、线路板二为纯铝材质。
9.根据权利要求1所述的雾灯和LED日间行车灯一体化装置,其特征在于:线路板一上连接雾灯灯珠,线路板二上连接日行灯灯珠。
