背景技术：
现今已有的低温截止阀，当其开启后，流经阀门发介质压力会作用在整个低温截止阀的阀盖内腔里，当使用达到一定是时间需要更换填料函内密封件的时候，需要关闭低温截止阀以切断低温介质，排空低温截止阀和挂管道内的介质，卸掉低温截止阀和挂管道内的压力，然后方可对低温截止阀的填料函内的密封件进行更换，更换以后在重新开启低温截止阀，才能实现低温截止阀的填料函内的密封件的更换。这就无法实现低温截止阀的在线维修和更换填料函内的密封件。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，实现在线维修和更换填料函内的密封件的可实现在线更换密封件的低温截止阀。
本实用新型通过以下方法这样实现的:

（一）能实现低温截止阀的在线带压维修和更换填料函内的密封件。 
（二）结构简单，生产装配容易。

具体实施方式：
阀阀杆2上端设有手轮7，填料螺母6利用填料函外螺纹通过填料压套5压实填料4，填料函压套5内外壁装的O型密封圈分别与阀杆2、填料函配合，阀杆2穿过阀盖3的孔，阀杆2的在阀体1内的下端部有倒锥形的密封面8与阀盖的下端面的倒锥形的密封面9密封配合。
利用手轮7旋转，实现低温截止阀的开启与关闭。阀杆2在下端部采用倒锥形的密封面8，与阀盖3的下端面的倒锥形的密封面9形成密封，以达到在低温截止阀在全开状态时，管道内通过的介质被阻断在阀盖3的腔体外，从而实现在线维修和更换低温截止阀填料函内的密封件。
当低温截止阀使用一段时间需要维修更换填料函内的密封件的时候，将低温截止阀开启到阀门全开状态，卸掉低温截止阀的手轮7和填料螺母6，然后就可以进行填料函内填料压套5内外的 O型密封圈和密封件4进行更换维修，维修更换好填料函内填料压套5内外的 O型密封圈和密封件4后，在装回填料螺母6和手轮7，就完成了穿过填料函内密封件3的在线维修和更换工作。
