技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑保温领域，具体涉及一种新型耐水石膏复合板材。
背景技术
墙体保温在建筑中越来越受到广泛的重视，目前用于墙体保温的保温板普遍采用聚苯板(全称：聚苯乙烯泡沫板)材料构成。虽然聚苯板具有良好的保温效果，但其耐久性差、隔音效果差、易老化、不具有阻燃性等缺点，因此有必要开发出新的保温板对其进行替代。
为了克服聚苯板的缺点，现有技术中，也曾对单层聚苯板进行改造将其制成复合板材。根据名称为“一种建筑墙体板材”(公开号CN 201292628Y)的中国专利文献记载的根据下技术方案：一种建筑墙体板材，包括两张复合材料板间填充有保温材料，两张复合材料之间有通体助连接支撑，保温材料为阻燃聚苯板。虽然该种建筑墙体板材，在聚苯板外层增加了由其他材料制成的复合板材，但其无法从根本上改变聚苯板作为保温材料的天然缺陷，无法消除隐藏的火灾隐患。因此，有必要提供一种新的墙体保温板，克服上述各种缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型耐水石膏复合板材及其制备方法，即可实现墙体的保温，且具有耐久性强、具有阻燃性等性能。
本实用新型采取的技术方案为：一种新型耐水石膏复合板材，由聚苯保温板、耐水石膏层、界面粘结剂、玻纤网格布和水泥砂浆层复合而成，所述聚苯保温板外包裹有耐水石膏层，所述耐水石膏层外表面通过界面粘结剂包裹有玻纤网格布，所述玻纤网格布外包裹有水泥砂浆层。
作为优选，所述聚苯保温板、耐水石膏层、界面粘结剂、玻纤网格布和水泥砂浆层的厚度比为6∶2∶1∶1∶1
其中，耐水石膏层由多种硅铝酸盐为主的无机材料研制成石膏耐水粉，再掺入石膏耐水粉制成。
聚苯保温板是以聚苯乙烯树脂辅以聚合物在加热混合的同时，注入催化剂，而后挤塑压出连续性闭孔发泡的硬质新型环保节能型泡沫塑料板，其内部为颗粒状结构，是一种具有高抗压、吸水率低、防潮、不透气、质轻、耐腐蚀、抗老化、导热系数低等优异性能的保温材料，是目前建筑业常用、优质的隔热、保温材料。
界面粘结剂属水性丙烯酸环氧树脂，具有结构胶粘剂的性能，专用于混凝土与混凝土之间、混凝土与水泥砂浆之间、水泥砂浆与水泥砂浆之间、陶瓷及玻璃等建筑板材表面与水泥砂浆之间、防水涂料与墙面之间界面粘结，显著提高界面粘结强度。
玻纤网格布主要以中碱或无碱玻纤维纱织造，经耐碱高分子乳液涂覆的玻纤网格布系列产品。

参照图1，本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案：一种新型耐水石膏复合板材，由聚苯保温板5、耐水石膏层4、界面粘结剂3、玻纤网格布2和水泥砂浆层1复合而成，所述聚苯保温板5外包裹有耐水石膏层4，所述耐水石膏层4外表面通过界面粘结剂3包裹有玻纤网格布2，所述玻纤网格布2外包裹有水泥砂浆层1。
此外，所述聚苯保温板5、耐水石膏层4、界面粘结剂3、玻纤网格布2和水泥砂浆层1的厚度比为6∶2∶1∶1∶1.

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型耐水石膏复合板材，其特征在于，所述聚苯保温板(5)、耐水石膏层(4)、界面粘结剂(3)、玻纤网格布(2)和水泥砂浆层(1)的厚度比为6∶2∶1∶1∶1。
