为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
直齿刀双头研磨机,包括有机座,其特征在于:机座顶部设置有分别沿X向延伸的左、右X轴伺服滑台,且左、右X轴伺服滑台沿一字排列,左、右X轴伺服滑台的滑台上分别对应安装有沿Y向延伸的左、右Y轴伺服滑台,其中左Y轴伺服滑台的滑台上竖向安装有Z1轴升降滑台,右Y轴伺服滑台的滑台上竖向安装有Z2轴升降滑台,Z1轴升降滑台、Z2轴升降滑台的滑台上分别连接有水平沿X向设置的砂轮座,两砂轮座彼此相对并处于同一X向直线上,且两砂轮座彼此相对的座端分别转动安装有主轴砂轮,两砂轮座上还分别安装有与各自主轴砂轮传动连接的主轴电机,位于左、右X轴伺服滑台之间的机座上还设置有沿Y向延伸的中间Y轴伺服滑台,中间Y轴伺服滑台的滑台上安装有一对呈左、右对称的物料架。

参见图1所示,直齿刀双头研磨机,包括有机座1,机座1顶部设置有分别沿X向延伸的左、右X轴伺服滑台2、3,且左、右X轴伺服滑台2、3沿一字排列,左、右X轴伺服滑台2、3的滑台上分别对应安装有沿Y向延伸的左、右Y轴伺服滑台4、5,其中左Y轴伺服滑台4的滑台上竖向安装有Z1轴升降滑台6,右Y轴伺服滑台5的滑台上竖向安装有Z2轴升降滑台7,Z1轴升降滑台6、Z2轴升降滑台7的滑台上分别连接有水平沿X向设置的砂轮座8,两砂轮座彼此相对并处于同一X向直线上,且两砂轮座彼此相对的座端分别转动安装有主轴砂轮9,两砂轮座8上还分别安装有与各自主轴砂轮传动连接的主轴电机10,位于左、右X轴伺服滑台2、3之间的机座上还设置有沿Y向延伸的中间Y轴伺服滑台11,中间Y轴伺服滑台11的滑台上安装有一对呈左、右对称的物料架12。机座1上还安装有人机界面13。
