背景技术：
目前炼钢浇注用的中间包，在包内两头拐角处都没有安装防冲刷装置，所以在使用过程中往往是因为两头拐角处被冲刷严重而被迫下线。不但需要更换新的中间包，而且降低工作效率，大大增加劳动强度和经济成本。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能大大延长中间包的使用寿命，有效减轻工人劳动强度、降低生产成本的炼钢浇注中间包护板。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，炼钢浇注中间包护板，其特征在于：在一个宽度与中间包内径相同且中间折弯相连的护板上设有一块上护板和一块下护板，上下护板之间折弯的角度与中间包内两头的拐角角度相对应，下护板的长度大于上护板。
用本实用新型分别安装在中间包内两头拐角处，可以有效增强浇注时的抗冲刷能力，大大延长中间包的使用寿命，降低劳动强度、提高经济效益。
