Abstract
本实用新型提供一种蓄热蒸饭车，有保温箱体和蒸汽组成，由蓄热容器，膜电热装置，盐，管道式水蒸发器组成，保温箱体底部有一个蓄热容器，蓄热容器底部设置有膜电热装置，蓄热容器中有盐做为热储存剂，并设置有管道式水蒸发器通过电磁阀接通外面的自来水，这样就可以用谷电将盐熔化，然后在需要时打开电磁阀，水吸收熔盐里的热量进行蒸发，就可以获得低廉的蒸汽，应用于企业食堂、酒店等场所。

本实用新型涉及一种厨房设备，尤其是蒸饭车。
背景技术
目前的蒸饭车基本是采用电热式，也有少量采用蒸汽的，但这样多数是用电高峰期，这样存在运行费用高的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种运行费用低的蒸饭车。
一种蓄热蒸饭车，有保温箱体和蒸汽，其特征在于由蓄热容器，膜电热装置，盐，管道式水蒸发器组成，保温箱体底部有一个蓄热容器，蓄热容器底部设置有膜电热装置，蓄热容器中有盐做为热储存剂，并设置有管道式水蒸发器通过电磁阀接通外面的自来水。
这样就可以用谷电将盐熔化，然后在需要时打开电磁阀，水吸收熔盐里的热量进行蒸发，就可以获得低廉的蒸汽。

下面结合附图1对本实用新型做进一步说明：一种蓄热蒸饭车，有保温箱体1和蒸汽2，其特征在于由蓄热容器，膜电热装置5，盐3，管道式水蒸发器4组成，保温箱体1底部有一个蓄热容器，蓄热容器底部设置有膜电热装置5，蓄热容器中有盐3做为热储存剂，并设置有管道式水蒸发器4通过电磁阀接通外面的自来水。
优选方案一，保温箱体和蓄热容器都采用真空板做保温层。
优选方案二，自来水进管道式水蒸发器前加装净化器，减少管道式水蒸发器的沉淀物。
优选方案三，盐使用熔点200～500摄氏之间的氯化钠等。
采用本发明的蒸饭车，可以应用于企业食堂、酒店等场所。

1.一种蓄热蒸饭车，有保温箱体和蒸汽，其特征在于由蓄热容器，膜电热装置，盐，管道式水蒸发器组成，保温箱体底部有一个蓄热容器，蓄热容器底部设置有膜电热装置，蓄热容器中有盐做为热储存剂，并设置有管道式水蒸发器通过电磁阀接通外面的自来水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄热蒸饭车，其特征在于保温箱体和蓄热容器都采用真空板做保温层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓄热蒸饭车，其特征在于自来水进管道式水蒸发器前加装净化器。
