各镊脚2的前端内侧安装有一橡皮块3，该橡皮块3为具有弹性的橡皮块3。于橡皮块3上竖直设置有一脱毒苗定位槽4。通过设置所述橡皮块3，其既能满足捏住马铃薯脱毒苗，又保证不伤害马铃薯脱毒苗以及马铃薯脱毒苗掉落，从而提高马铃薯脱毒苗栽植的成活率。
各镊脚2的中部内侧设有一止挡块5，其能避免镊脚2并拢过头而夹伤马铃薯脱毒苗。其中一镊脚2的底缘设有一切割刀刃6，从而能够对马铃薯脱毒苗进行必要的修整。
于所述镊脚2的外侧设有防滑纹7，从而便于使用者握持。
于所述镊柄1上枢接有一钻孔钉8，如果培养基上的培植坑不明显，可以采用该钻孔钉8进行打孔。
