本实用新型涉及一种基于激光粉尘检测的物联网空气质量检测仪。
背景技术
在空气质量急剧恶化的今天,雾霾已经严重人们的身体健康,快速、精确的测量人们生活环境的PM2.5浓度已经成为人们关心的一部分,更好的帮助人们适当的净化室内空气。现有的物联网空气质量检测仪,对空气中尘埃粒子浓度的检测速度以及准确性都不够理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种基于激光粉尘检测的物联网空气质量检测仪,检测效果好,能够快速、准确地对空气中尘埃粒子进行检测。
实现本实用新型发明目的的技术方案:
一种基于激光粉尘检测的物联网空气质量检测仪,包括激光光源、其特征在于:还包括检测腔室,检测腔室的激光入口处设有用于聚焦激光的透镜组,检测腔室内设有用于检测激光散射的光检测器;光检测器信号输出端经放大电路接ARM处理器,ARM处理器接WIFI模块。
检测腔室设有进气口和出气口,出气口处设有风扇。
ARM处理器还外接有温湿度传感器和甲醛传感器。
本实用新型具有的有益效果:
本实用新型检测腔室的激光入口处设有用于聚焦激光的透镜组,检测腔室内设有用于检测激光散射的光检测器;激光经透镜组聚焦后进入检测腔室内,激光每遇到一次空气中的尘埃粒子就会发生一次散射,散射的光信号传送至光检测器,光检测器将光信号转换成电脉冲信号后经放大电路输入至ARM处理器,ARM处理器将检测结果通过显示器直接进行显示或者通过WIFI模块进行检测信息传送。与现有检测仪比较,本实用新型检测空气尘埃中粒子浓度更加快速、准确。本实用新型ARM处理器还外接有温湿度传感器和甲醛传感器,同时还能够对空气温湿度、甲醛浓度进行检测,使得空气检测更加全面。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,检测腔室的激光入口处设有用于聚焦激光的透镜组1,如图2、图1所示,检测腔室内设有用于检测激光散射的光检测器2;光检测器2信号输出端经放大电路3接ARM处理器4,ARM处理器4接WIFI模块5。ARM处理器还外接有温湿度传感器6和甲醛传感器7。如图2所示,检测腔室设有进气口8和出气口,出气口处设有风扇9。
激光光源发出激光,激光经透镜组1聚焦后进入检测腔室内,激光每遇到一次空气中的尘埃粒子就会发生一次散射,散射的光信号传送至光检测器2,光检测器2将光信号转换成电脉冲信号后经放大电路3输入至ARM处理器4,ARM处理器4通过快速傅里叶变换算法,将高速ADC采集离散信号变换到频域,从而分析出频率和幅值,电脉冲频率对应于微粒的个数,电脉冲的幅度对应于微粒的大小。ARM处理器将检测结果通过显示器直接进行显示或者通过WIFI模块5进行检测信息传送。温湿度传感器6和甲醛传感器7,同时还能够对空气温湿度、甲醛浓度进行检测,使得空气检测更加全面。

1.一种基于激光粉尘检测的物联网空气质量检测仪,包括激光光源、其特征在于:还包括检测腔室,检测腔室的激光入口处设有用于聚焦激光的透镜组,检测腔室内设有用于检测激光散射的光检测器;光检测器信号输出端经放大电路接ARM处理器,ARM处理器接WIFI模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于激光粉尘检测的物联网空气质量检测仪,其特征在于:检测腔室设有进气口和出气口,出气口处设有风扇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于激光粉尘检测的物联网空气质量检测仪,其特征在于:ARM处理器还外接有温湿度传感器和甲醛传感器。
