[0002] 太阳能光伏光热一体化系统虽然能够产生一些热水,但是由于太阳能受天气的变化影响很大,如若需要制取一定温度的热水供日常生活使用,那么辅助热源是必不可少的。目前许多太阳能热水系统采用电加热作为辅助热源,那样会消耗大量的电能。由于热泵的性能系数(C0P)大于1,一般在2-6之间,因此用热泵作为辅助热源会大幅减少电力的消耗。空气源热泵是一种环保、节能、结构简单及易于安装的热泵形式,但是其使用易受环境的影响,其供热能力和性能系数会随着室外温度的降低而降低,制冷量和制热量不易均衡。冬季还有室外结霜等问题,不适用于寒冷地区。但上海属于夏热冬冷地区,适宜使用空气源热泵。由于过去存在上述的问题,常常导致能源利用率相对较低。现有太阳能热水(50〜70°C )和光伏工程的转换效率分别仅约为40〜80%和10〜15%,能源浪费非常严重。再者,太阳能光伏光热综合利用的复合组件目前也有研究,大多是将集热管用超声波焊到集热板上,集热板与太阳能光伏组件相贴合,或者将集热管固定连接在太阳能光伏组件的背光面,再在集热管下面安装隔热保温板构成。集热管是固定设置在光伏组件背面,与光伏组件和隔热保温板是硬接触。由于太阳能光伏光热组件一般都在户外使用,而且在运输和安装过程中集热管或集热板与光伏组件及集热管与隔热保温背板之间是硬接触,电池片易被碰碎,而且光伏组件被光面不是完全平整的,与集热板的接触不好,影响传热效率。

[0003] 为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,通过采用结构简单、安装方便、成本较低的光伏光热一体化组件,该光伏光热一体化组件可以增加光伏电池的转换效率,增加单位面积上太阳能转换效率,由该一体化组件构成的系统能够实现单独制热水和联合制热水,结合太阳能与空气源热泵的优点,在各种天气下最大程度地利用太阳能,产生一定温度的生活热水供家庭日常生活使用。能提高光伏组件的发电效率,产生电能与市电并网供家庭负载设备使用;使用空气源热泵作为辅助热源,节约电能,降低运行费用;采用储热水箱和恒温水箱,有利于提高光伏光热(PV/T)组件和空气源热泵的运行效率。
[0004] 本实用新型的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,包括太阳能热水系统和空气源热泵系统;太阳能热水系统和空气源热泵系统通过供热水箱进行耦合;所述太阳能热水子系统包括光伏组件和光热组件构成的太阳能集热器和储热水箱;空气源热泵系统由压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器构成;所述光伏组件包括太阳能光伏电池片以及在其上表面依次粘接设置的EVA膜层和透明树脂防护层,其下表面依次粘接设置有四氟乙烯ETFE膜层和导热底板,所述四氟乙烯ETFE膜层与导热底板之间设置柔性石墨板。

[0013] 本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,通过将热泵技术和太阳能热利用技术有机结合起来,以空气源热泵作为传统太阳能热水器的辅助热源,既具有太阳能热水器的优点,又可保证系统全天候运行,是适宜推广的生活热水系统形式;采用光伏光热一体化可以增加光伏电池的转换效率,以及光热与光电的转换性能,增加单位面积上太阳能转换效率,提高太阳能光伏组件和光热组件的使用寿命,进而提高集热器的使用寿命,结构简单、安装方便、成本较低。该系统可单独制热水,也可联合制热水,太阳能光伏光热系统单独制热水时,当PV/T组件在晴天能够把足量的冷水加热到所需温度(这种情况一般出现在夏天、秋天、春天),此时空气源热泵不需要工作;当太阳能光伏光热组件与空气源热泵联合制热水时,PV/T组件无法把足量的热水加热到所需温度(出现这种情况原因很多,比如冬天太阳辐射不足、阴雨天气或者室外气温较低),此时温度达不到要求,即需要开启空气源热泵进行加热到要求的温度。相应的运行控制方法是打开或关闭相应的阀门,根据天气情况、使用水温等自由选择运行模式,充分利用太阳能。其储热水箱里的低温水是自来水经过PV/T组件加热得到的,恒温水箱里的水是来自低温级储热水箱,当水温达到设定温度时就不需要空气源热泵加热,当水温未达到设定温度时就开启空气源热泵对其进行加热,从而达到家庭生活热水使用要求。

[0017] 图1为本实用新型的结构示意图,图2为太阳能集热器的结构示意图,如图所示:包括太阳能热水系统和空气源热泵系统;太阳能热水系统和空气源热泵系统通过供热水箱3进行耦合;所述太阳能热水子系统包括光伏组件和光热组件构成的太阳能集热器1和储热水箱2 ;空气源热泵系统由压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器构成(其结构和连接关系为现有技术,因此此处不再赘述);空气源热泵4与供热水箱连接并设置热泵循环泵;所述光伏组件包括太阳能光伏电池片11以及在其上表面依次粘接设置的EVA膜层12和透明树脂防护层13,其下表面依次粘接设置有四氟乙烯ETFE膜层14和导热底板16,所述四氟乙烯ETFE膜层14与导热底板16之间设置柔性石墨板15 ;透明树脂防护层13设置于最上层用于吸收太阳光,ETFE膜层14其透光性和耐候性好,具有表面不容易存留附着物,透明度高,轻量化,反粘性强,耐穿透等机械强度优异耐放射线性良,,能够有效地提高抗老化性、耐腐蚀性和环保的目的,从而延长了抗老化型太阳能电池组件的使用寿命,提高抗老化型太阳能电池组件的工作效率;柔性石墨板15用于导热并起缓冲作用,避免太阳能光伏电池片11与导热底板16的硬性接触而产生磨损或损坏,同时提高密封性能,还可避免导热底板16的温度过高以提高光电转化。该结构从上到下依次为透明树脂防护层13、EVA膜层12、太阳能光伏电池片11、ETFE膜层14、柔性石墨板5、导热底板6,且通过粘接剂粘合或者是通过热合而成。当太阳辐射足够强时,不启动热泵单元,太阳能单元集热量可以满足热水负荷要求;当辐射不足或无太阳能可利用时,热泵子单元启动,直接对供热水箱中的水加热该系统形式多样,可以分为太阳能集热单元自然循环式和强迫循环式;根据换热器(热泵冷凝器)置于贮水箱内还是热泵机壳内又可分为内置式换热器和外置式换热器;根据水箱的个数可以分为单水箱系统和双水箱系统整套热水系统充分利用太阳能,最大限度地降低运行费用该热水系统由智能控制器控制,自动化运行,可实现无人值守。将热泵技术和太阳能热利用技术有机结合起来,以空气源热泵作为传统太阳能热水器的辅助热源,既具有太阳能热水器的优点,又可保证系统全天候运行,是适宜推广的生活热水系统形式。
[0018] 本实施例中,所述光热组件包括设置于导热底板16背面的集热管17,所述集热管17外侧设置有隔热保温背板19,所述集热管17与隔热保温背板19之间设置橡塑保温层18 ;隔热保温背板19用于支撑集热管17,橡塑保温层18起到衬垫的作用,避免集热管17与隔热保温背板19的硬性接触而损伤,同时橡塑保温层18可起到进一步加强隔热保温的作用。集热管17外侧是指集热管17下表面。
[0019] 本实施例中,所述橡塑保温层18设置有用于与集热管17外表面相配合固定的凹槽;集热管17的外表面与凹槽结构内表面贴合,或者是该凹槽结构也可以为波纹面结构;便于集热管17的固定,提高集热管17的稳定性和牢固性,进一步加强保温作用。
[0020] 本实施例中,所述集热管17为多根以相互平行的方式固定于导热底板16的空心铜管;可采用焊接固定的方式或其他同样能实现本发明目的固定方式固定集热管7,空心铜管最好为16根,平均热效率和电效率最大。

[0026] 上述实施例中,储热水箱2底部的自来水由太阳能光伏光热组件组成的集热器1循环加热后流入供热水箱3,此时在不开启空气源热泵4的情况下供热水箱3里的水温即满足生活水温使用要求。在冬天太阳辐射不足、阴雨天气或者室外气温较低时,此时供热水箱3里的水温达不到生活热水的要求温度,所以需要开启空气源热泵4进行辅助加热。对来自低温级储热水箱2里的水进行再热,使供热水箱3内部的水达到生活热水的使用要求。

1.一种太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:包括太阳能热水系统和空气源热泵系统;太阳能热水系统和空气源热泵系统通过供热水箱进行耦合;所述太阳能热水系统包括光伏组件和光热组件构成的太阳能集热器和储热水箱;空气源热泵系统由压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器构成;所述光伏组件包括太阳能光伏电池片以及在其上表面依次粘接设置的EVA膜层和透明树脂防护层,其下表面依次粘接设置有四氟乙烯ETFE膜层和导热底板,所述四氟乙烯ETFE膜层与导热底板之间设置柔性石墨板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:所述光热组件包括设置于导热底板背面的集热管,所述集热管外侧设置有隔热保温背板,所述集热管与隔热保温背板之间设置橡塑保温层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:所述橡塑保温层设置有用于与集热管外表面相配合固定的凹槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:所述集热管为多根以相互平行的方式固定于导热底板的空心铜管。
5.根据权利要求4所述的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:所述集热管为蛇形盘管。
6.根据权利要求5所述的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:所述空心铜管焊接固定于导热底板,所述导热底板为铝板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:透明树脂防护层为钢化玻璃盖板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:所述钢化玻璃盖板与导热底板之间的距离为25mm。
9.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能光伏光热和空气能联合热水系统,其特征在于:所述空心铜管的管间距离与其管径的比为6.25。
