背景技术
目前现有的切菜板一般只作为切菜时的垫板，其功能较为单一，在切蔬菜时，不容易掌握切割蔬菜的长短薄厚，很容易切除长短薄厚不均的蔬菜，特别在酒店做的菜需要讲究色香味俱全，对切出的菜需要整齐均匀，才能做出美观的菜肴，增进食欲。

本实用新型的目的是设计出一种切菜板。
本实用新型主要解决现有切菜不容易掌握长短的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括切菜板本体，所述切菜板由底板和盖板组成，所述盖板为弧形结构，盖板一端通过铰链与底板连接，另一端设有固定板，所述盖板上设有诺干距离相等条形孔，所述底板一端边缘处设有半圆形槽，半圆形槽外侧设有转扣。
所述盖板由弹性材料制成。
所述固定板为半圆形，固定板厚度与半圆形槽的深度相等。
所述固定板外侧设有刻度。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的切菜板，采用在底板上安装一个盖板，盖板上设计了多个距离相等的条形孔，盖板一端设有固定板，固定板上设有尺寸刻度，在底板上设有固定板放置槽，使用时将固定板卡入半圆形槽内，并且用转扣固定住，菜刀可顺着条形孔进行切割，盖板用弹性材料制成，可对蔬菜进行很好的固定，切出的菜品长短均匀。

如图1所示：本实用新型的切菜板由底板8和盖板4组成，所述盖板4为弧形结构7，盖板4一端通过铰链6与底板8连接，另一端设有固定板9，固定板9为半圆形，由弹性材料制成，外侧设有刻度3，可对蔬菜进行很好的固定，上面的刻度可对一些需要特别尺寸的蔬菜测量后进行切块，盖板4上设有诺干间隔相等条形孔5，底板8一端边缘处设有半圆形槽1，半圆形槽1外侧设有转扣2，使用时对盖板进行固定，固定板9厚度与半圆形槽1的深度相等。
