优选地，所述传动系统末端齿轮连接磨皮装置中部的齿轮轴，带动磨皮装置做圆周运动，所述外壳前端设有磨皮装置保护壳，所述磨皮装置保护壳中部设有窗口，容纳磨皮装置的输出面。

所述智能控制装置4包括控制芯片9，所述控制芯片9连接电池3、控制开关10和电动机5，所述控制开关10为多级控制开关。
所述传动系统6为多级齿轮系传动系统。
所述传动系统6末端齿轮11连接磨皮装置中部的齿轮轴12，带动磨皮装置7做圆周运动，所述外壳1前端设有磨皮装置保护壳13，所述磨皮装置保护壳13中部设有窗口14，容纳磨皮装置7的输出面。
