一种散热杯，包括内杯体和外杯体，其特征在于：内杯体和外杯体之间为中空的腔体，外杯体下端设置有与腔体相连通的进气口，外杯体上端设置有与腔体相连通的出气口，进气口上连接有进气管，进气管另一端连接有碗状的吸气口，吸气口上连接有绑带，外杯体的外壳上安装有温度计，温度计的测温头与内杯体接触，内杯体采用导热性能好的材料制成，外杯体采用导热性能差的材料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单、方便实用，将吸气口绑在空调等可以出冷风的设备的出风口，通过进气管向腔体内吹入冷风，使杯内的水处在一个较冷的环境中，通过冷空气流动带走杯内的水的热量，缩短了热水变凉的速度，在杯子外壳上设置温度计，可以清楚的知道杯内的水的温度，适于广泛推广应用。
