本实用新型属于一种铡草机械，特别是一种适用于青稞和干草各种饲料铡切用的双出口抛切线式铡草机。
背景技术
近年来，随着我国农牧业、牲畜养殖业的迅猛发展，市场对于铡草机的需求量也在大增。现在市场上销售的铡草机虽然型号多，种类多，但出料机构都采用上出料和漏斗的结构形式，在铡切青稞时出料难度大，物料由于湿度高，很容易在底罩上形成堆积，尽管有的制造商在底罩的下方开个出料口，物料还是堆在机器的下方，给用户带来很大烦恼。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双出口抛切线式铡草机，采用双出口形式，铡切的物料顺着刀盘铡切方向抛出，同时受到刀盘上风扇叶向外吹的风力，不易在底罩上堆积，解决出料难的问题，减少能源消耗；同时现有的机身采用铸铁部件，运输中易损坏，使用中易锈蚀，同时分量重。
本实用新型提供的技术方案如下：包括机身、带铡切刀片和风扇叶的铡切刀盘、喂入口、变速机构、上罩、上出料口、底罩，其特征是：在底罩上沿刀盘旋转切线方向开有下出料口，在下出料口的内侧组装插板，插板与水平面具有一定角度。
上述机身采用矩形型材横向件、纵向件焊接构成，外露的开口处装有塑料堵盖。
本实用新型的效果是：采用双出口形式，铡切的物料顺着刀盘铡切方向抛出，同时受到刀盘上风扇叶向外吹的风力，不易在底罩上堆积，解决了出料难的问题，减少能源消耗；机身部件采用型材，减轻重量，运输中不易损坏，耐锈蚀。

具体实施方式
见图1—5，具体结构如下：采用现有结构如下：在机身3上组装上罩，并设置喂入口1和变速机构12，在机身3 的一侧组装皮带轮9，在机身3上（上罩内）组装带铡切刀片和风扇叶的铡切刀盘11，在铡切刀盘11的下方设置底罩8，改进的技术要点是：在底罩8上沿刀盘旋转切线方向开有下出料口5，在下出料口5的内侧组装插板4，插板4与水平面具有一定角度，以便于下出料口5封口时，物料能顺畅进入上出料口，在此处不能堆积，从上出料口2顺畅排出；所述的插板4插装在底罩8两侧的滑槽10内，插板4的上端通过紧固螺钉4-1连接在底罩8上；机身3采用矩形型材横向件7、纵向件3焊接构成，外露的开口处装有塑料堵盖3-1，防止进水。机身3的下面连接机架6。
工作原理：在铡切青稞或干物料时，将下出料口5的插板4打开进行铡切，铡好的物料将顺着刀盘旋转切线方向抛出，由于受到刀盘上的风扇叶向外吹的风力，物料在底罩上不易堆积，而且抛出的物料易于用户收集；如果用户只铡切干物料不想用下出料口，可将下出料口5的插板4插好，并用紧固螺钉4-1固定，即可使用上出料口2排料，操作方便。

1.一种双出口抛切线式铡草机，包括机身、带铡切刀片和风扇叶的铡切刀盘、喂入口、变速机构、上罩、上出料口、底罩，其特征是：在底罩上沿刀盘旋转切线方向开有下出料口，在下出料口的内侧组装插板，插板与水平面具有一定角度。
2．根据权利要求1所述的双出口抛切线式铡草机，其特征是：机身采用矩形型材横向件、纵向件焊接构成，外露的开口处装有塑料堵盖。
