Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种龙头阀芯结构,包括外壳体,所述外壳体底部联接有一底盖,其特征在于:所述外壳体设置有一可旋转的阀杆,所述阀杆一端位于外壳体内部,阀杆另一端位于外壳体外部;位于外壳体内部的阀杆一端部与动阀片一端固定连接,所述动阀片另一端设置有与其配合的定阀片,所述定阀片上开设有一对过水孔,所述底盖上设置有一对与过水孔相对应的过水口;所述过水孔呈一锥形,靠近底盖一侧的开口面积大于靠近动阀片一侧的开口面积,该结构在确保通水量要求的情况下缩小了阀芯整体的体积,减少了材料。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种龙头阀芯结构,更具体的是使用在净水龙头上的阀芯结构。
背景技术:
目前市场上所有陶瓷阀芯结构中的陶瓷片中定陶片进水口与出水口同一尺寸,就会造成通水量是固定的,但是为了达到通水量的要求,只能增加体积来达到流量的要求,而且市场上的阀芯水路结构为侧面进水,底部出水,这样也无形中增加了阀芯整体的体积。
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供龙头阀芯结构,该结构在确保通水量要求的情况下缩小了阀芯整体的体积,减少了材料。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种龙头阀芯结构,包括外壳体,所述外壳体底部联接有一底盖,所述外壳体设置有一可旋转的阀杆,所述阀杆一端位于外壳体内部,阀杆另一端位于外壳体外部;位于外壳体内部的阀杆一端部与动阀片一端固定连接,所述动阀片另一端设置有与其配合的定阀片,所述定阀片上开设有一对过水孔,所述底盖上设置有一对与过水孔相对应的过水口;所述过水孔呈一锥形,靠近底盖一侧的开口面积大于靠近动阀片一侧的开口面积。
本实用新型实施例中,所述动阀片靠近阀杆一侧的周部向内凹陷形成至少两个相对称的凹陷部,所述阀杆上设置有与凹陷部相配合联接的凸部。
本实用新型实施例中,所述外壳体的周壁上设置有贯通外壳体内外的卡接口,所述底盖的周壁上设置有与开接口卡接配合的凸块。
本实用新型实施例中,所述凸块与卡接口配合的两个面为斜面,靠近动阀片的斜面与底盖周壁所形成的夹角大于另一斜面。
本实用新型中与现有技术相比的优点为:该阀芯定陶片过水孔为锥度设计,从而解决阀芯因直径小的问题而无法达到通水量的要求,而且该阀芯在确保通水量要求的情况下,其体积小,直径可以在18.5mm以下;同时阀芯设计成底部进水,底部出水,解决龙头阀芯部分直径大的问题,减小了阀芯整体的体积,减少了制造材料,降低了制造的成本。

为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:
一种龙头阀芯结构,包括外壳体1,所述外壳体底部联接有一底盖2,所述外壳体设置有一可旋转的阀杆3,所述阀杆一端位于外壳体内部,阀杆另一端位于外壳体外部;位于外壳体内部的阀杆一端部与动阀片4一端固定连接,所述动阀片另一端设置有与其配合的定阀片5,所述定阀片上开设有一对过水孔51,所述底盖上设置有一对与过水孔相对应的过水口21;所述过水孔呈一锥形,靠近底盖一侧的开口面积大于靠近动阀片一侧的开口面积;在水流通过阀芯定阀片时,将定阀片的进水端口改为锥形能有效降低水流的摩擦力,而加大定阀片出水端口的水流压力,从而达到增大通水量的目标。
所述动阀片靠近阀杆一侧的周部向内凹陷形成至少两个相对称的凹陷部41,所述阀杆上设置有与凹陷部相配合联接的凸部31。
所述外壳体的周壁上设置有贯通外壳体内外的卡接口11,所述底盖的周壁上设置有与开接口卡接配合的凸块21。
所述凸块与卡接口配合的两个面为斜面22,靠近动阀片的斜面与底盖周壁所形成的夹角大于另一斜面,这样在安装的时候,方便凸块滑入卡接口,而且可以很好的卡接在卡接口里。
本实用新型在具体的使用过程中,在定阀片与底盖间设置有相对应的密封圈进行密封6。

1.一种龙头阀芯结构,包括外壳体,所述外壳体底部联接有一底盖,其特征在于:所述外壳体设置有一可旋转的阀杆,所述阀杆一端位于外壳体内部,阀杆另一端位于外壳体外部;位于外壳体内部的阀杆一端部与动阀片一端固定连接,所述动阀片另一端设置有与其配合的定阀片,所述定阀片上开设有一对过水孔,所述底盖上设置有一对与过水孔相对应的过水口;所述过水孔呈一锥形,靠近底盖一侧的开口面积大于靠近动阀片一侧的开口面积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的龙头阀芯结构,其特征在于:所述动阀片靠近阀杆一侧的周部向内凹陷形成至少两个相对称的凹陷部,所述阀杆上设置有与凹陷部相配合联接的凸部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的龙头阀芯结构,其特征在于:所述外壳体的周壁上设置有贯通外壳体内外的卡接口,所述底盖的周壁上设置有与开接口卡接配合的凸块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的龙头阀芯结构,其特征在于:所述凸块与卡接口配合的两个面为斜面,靠近动阀片的斜面与底盖周壁所形成的夹角大于另一斜面。
