本实用新型涉及一种石油钻井生产中打捞套管使用的套管对扣打捞器。
背景技术
在石油钻井过程中，井队在下套管作业中，以及固完井在拆井口装置作业中易发生井下套管脱扣，导致套管落井现象。由于套管的壁厚较薄，采用公锥造扣打捞比较困难，如果套管落鱼打捞不及时，容易造成井下情况复杂化，影响石油钻井的生产时效。
针对此种情况，我们设计加工了一种井下套管对扣打捞工具，并在井队实际使用中取得较好效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的设计一种套管对扣打捞器，根据实际需要可以实现对各种不同规格的套管落鱼进行打捞作业，套管打捞作业成功率高，可大大缩短钻井事故处理时间。
本实用新型的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：
本实用新型包括套管接头和引鞋，其特征在于引鞋与套管接头扩径台阶外周焊接或螺纹连接，套管接头上部与打捞管柱螺纹连接，下部与套管落鱼对扣螺纹。
套管接头设为圆柱形，上部设有母螺纹，下部设有公螺纹，中部设有扩径台阶。
引鞋设为圆柱形，内径大于套管接头的变径台阶外径，下部设有大口向下的喇叭口。
本实用新型的优点是克服了已有技术存在的缺陷，实现对各种不同规格的套管落鱼进行打捞作业，套管打捞作业成功率高，可大大缩短钻井事故处理时间。

具体实施方式
为进一步公开本实用新型的技术方案，下面结合说明书附图通过实施例作详细说明：
本实用新型包括套管接头1和引鞋4，其特征在于引鞋4与套管接头扩径台阶外周焊接或螺纹连接，套管接头上部2与打捞管柱螺纹连接，下部3与套管落鱼对扣螺纹连接。
在钻井生产中，若发生套管脱落现象，可利用钻杆通过转换接头或者套管直接与套管接头1螺纹连接，根据井上数据计算套管落鱼的深度，根据落鱼深度确定打捞管柱的长度。当套管打捞器接近套管落鱼时，记下指重表的悬重，开泵循环，充分清洗套管落鱼一段时间，缓慢下放打捞管柱，慢慢转动转盘，便于套管落鱼进入引鞋，套管落鱼进入引鞋后，要一边缓慢下放打捞管柱一边缓慢转动转盘，缓慢对扣上扣，在转盘转动大概十多圈之后，停止转动，缓慢上提管柱，观察悬重有无变化，若悬重变大，则说明捞获落鱼；否则就重复上述步骤，继续打捞。捞住套管落鱼后，在起钻过程中要注意控制速度。

1.一种套管对扣打捞器，包括套管接头和引鞋，其特征在于：引鞋与套管接头扩径台阶外周焊接或螺纹连接，套管接头上部与打捞管柱螺纹连接，下部与套管落鱼对扣螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套管对扣打捞器，其特征在于：套管接头设为圆柱形，上部设有母螺纹，下部设有公螺纹，中部设有扩径台阶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的套管对扣打捞器，其特征在于：引鞋设为圆柱形，内径大于套管接头的变径台阶外径，下部设有大口向下的喇叭口。
