背景技术
目前，在国内重载货运铁路系统上，大量使用的轨下垫板为弹条Ⅱ型扣件。由于该扣件的轨下垫板易磨损、使用寿命短、承载能力差、抗老化性能差等，随着重载货运铁路的快速建设，也对铁路扣件性能提出了新的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、施工快重型货运铁路扣件用轨下垫板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案如下：
重型货运铁路扣件用轨下垫板，包括一个方形板体，板体的其中一相对两侧各设有一个台阶式开口，板体的上下表面设有适配的凹凸结构。
板体的材质为TPEE。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点是：
本实用新型结构简单，两侧有台阶式开口结构，便于安装定位，采用两个台阶式开口结构与轨距挡板配合使用，使得在安装当中变得轻松和准确；板体的上下表面设置适配的凹凸结构，可以起到增加摩擦力和减振的作用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1-2所示，重型货运铁路扣件用轨下垫板，包括一个长方形板体1，板体1的材质为TPEE，板体1的其中一相对两侧各设有一个台阶式开口2。
本实用新型在使用时，需与成对轨距挡板配合使用，其中台阶式开口2与轨距挡板配合，确保轨距的可靠稳定性，保证轨枕小轨距，以满足重型货运铁路扣件零部件制造验收技术条件的要求。
实施例2
本实施例的重型货运铁路扣件用轨下垫板与实施例1的不同之处在于；板体1的上下表面设有适配的凹凸结构，即上表面是凸起的位置，下表面对应位置就是凹槽；上表面是凹槽的位置，下表面对应位置就是凸起。

1.重型货运铁路扣件用轨下垫板，其特征在于：包括一个方形板体，板体的其中一相对两侧各设有一个台阶式开口，板体的上下表面设有适配的凹凸结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的重型货运铁路扣件用轨下垫板，其特征在于：板体的材质为TPEE。
