背景技术
切锯钢管车间有大量灰尘，粉尘在空气中阻力大、影响工作工作效率，造成室内环境污染，有害身体的健康。本实用新型通过将引风机同时吸出几个车间内空气，进入空气净化装置，从而降低空气污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车间除尘装置，通过排列整齐的吸尘罩吸入车间内的空气，再经过多道过滤，最后排出，净化整个车间，环保无污染。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型提供了一种车间除尘装置，包括分别安装在每个车间上方的吸尘罩，所述吸尘罩均与一通风管相连接，所述通风管的一端设有一引风机，所述引风机连接一过滤器，所述过滤器内部设有若干个挡板，所述挡板与过滤器的墙板共同组成多个空腔，所述空腔内设有过滤作用的溶剂，经多道过滤后的空气通过过滤器尾端的排气罩排出。经过多道过滤，净化整个车间，环保无污染。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：所述未净化的空气依次经过的溶剂为硫酸亚铁、净化水、清新剂。依次进行过滤，更加科学有效。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：所述挡板顺空气流通方向逐渐增高。使未过滤的空气一步步逐层净化，整个净化过程更完整、高效。

结合附图1，本实用新型提出了一种车间除尘装置，包括分别安装在每个车间1上方的吸尘罩2，所述吸尘罩2均与一通风管3相连接，所述通风管3的一端设有一引风机4，所述引风机4连接一过滤器5，所述过滤器5内部设有若干个挡板7，所述挡板7与过滤器5的墙板共同组成多个空腔，所述空腔内设有过滤作用的溶剂，经多道过滤后的空气通过过滤器5尾端的排气罩8排出。所述挡板7顺空气流通方向逐渐增高。所述未净化的空气依次经过的溶剂为硫酸亚铁6、净化水9、清新剂10。
车间1内的空气由吸尘罩2通过引风机4吸入过滤器5内，通过硫酸亚铁6、净化水9、清新剂10三道过滤，将新鲜的空气通过排气罩8排出。环保无污染，节能有效，减少呼吸道等疾病。

1.一种车间除尘装置，包括分别安装在每个车间（1）上方的吸尘罩（2），其特征在于：所述吸尘罩（2）均与一通风管（3）相连接，所述通风管（3）的一端设有一引风机（4），所述引风机（4）连接一过滤器（5），所述过滤器（5）内部设有若干个挡板（7），所述挡板（7）与过滤器（5）的墙板共同组成多个空腔，所述空腔内设有过滤作用的溶剂，经多道过滤后的空气通过过滤器（5）尾端的排气罩（8）排出；所述挡板（7）顺空气流通方向逐渐增高。
