本实用新型提供一种卧放电池钢壳结构,涉及铅酸电池壳体领域。该结构改进之处在于钢壳的顶部和底部边缘处设有至少两组对应的凸台和凹坑,凸台和凹坑为锥形,凹坑周围有平台。由该结构包装的电池卧放时,上下层的锥形凸凹部位有效配合,定位准确可靠,安放方便快捷,不会出现电池层间滑动、错位,且能防止电池上下颠倒,简单适用,有推广价值。

本实用新型涉及铅酸蓄电池壳体,具体为一种卧放电池钢壳结构。
背景技术
目前,钢壳电池卧放时,上下层靠钢壳侧边上对应的孔穿螺栓进行紧固。由于钢壳表面光滑,容易滑动,螺孔对准比较困难;并且螺栓与螺孔之间有间隙,上下钢壳无法完全对齐,在长期使用过程中还会由于螺栓松动而导致两层钢壳之间出现滑动甚至剪断螺栓,存在一定的隐患。 
 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、安放便捷,不会出现电池层间滑动的卧放电池钢壳结构。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种卧放电池钢壳结构,钢壳的顶部和底部为安装接触面,其改进之处是钢壳的顶部和底部的边缘处设有至少两组对应的凸台和凹坑。
进一步的方案是:所述凹坑的周围有凸出钢壳外表面的平台;钢壳顶部边缘处设有2~4个锥形凸台,钢壳底部边缘处设有对应的锥形凹坑;所述锥形凸台的大端直径为3~5mm,锥形凸台的高为2~3mm,锥形凹坑的深度大于锥形凸台高度0.5mm。
本实用新型中的凸台和凹坑由模具冲压而成,结构简单、制作容易。电池卧放时,上下层的锥形凸凹部位有效配合,定位准确可靠,不仅安放方便快捷,而且依靠电池自重,相互压紧,配合处不会脱落,避免出现电池层间滑动、错位。另外,通过凸台和凹坑的区别,很容易分清电池的顶部和底部,不会出现上下颠倒的现象。

具体实施方式
参见图1,卧放电池钢壳顶部边缘处设有4个锥形凸台1,钢壳底部边缘处设有4个相应的锥形凹坑3,凹坑周围有凸出钢壳外表面的平台2,锥形凸台和凹坑的锥度相同,凸台大端直径为4.5mm,凸台高度为2.5mm,凹坑深度为3mm,平台外径为8mm,平台高度为4mm。

1.一种卧放电池钢壳结构,钢壳的顶部和底部为安装接触面,其特征是钢壳的顶部和底部的边缘处设有至少两组对应的凸台和凹坑。
2.按权利要求1所述卧放电池钢壳结构,其特征是所述凹坑的周围有凸出钢壳外表面的平台。
3.按权利要求1所述卧放电池钢壳结构,其特征是钢壳顶部边缘处设有2~4个锥形凸台,钢壳底部边缘处设有对应的锥形凹坑。
4.按权利要求3所述卧放电池钢壳结构,其特征是所述锥形凸台的大端直径为3~5mm,锥形凸台的高为2~3mm,锥形凹坑的深度大于锥形凸台高度0.5mm。
