本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:保持普通的圆珠笔头形状和构造不变,利用现有的圆珠笔头生产技术,通过磁化的永磁球珠与软磁笔尖直接相吸,防止球珠脱落和笔尖内墨水外漏,增加书写划线长度。
本实用新型的技术方案是:磁性圆珠笔头包括球珠和笔尖,其特征是:在球珠整体内具有永磁材料和在笔尖整体内具有软磁材料。
本实用新型的优点是:无需改变原有的圆珠笔头构造,球珠与笔尖配合可靠,结构简单和成本低廉,特别实用和适合大批量生产。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示, 永磁球珠1采用含有铁、镍、钴硬磁性材料制造或是采用含有稀土永磁性材料制造;软磁笔尖2采用含有铁、镍、钴软磁性材料制造。永磁球珠1与软磁笔尖2装配后,由于永磁球珠1产生的磁力作用,永磁球珠1与软磁笔尖2相互吸引,永磁球珠保持在笔尖体内,避免圆珠笔书写磨损后球珠掉落和漏油墨,圆珠笔更加经久耐用。
