Abstract

豆芽床,由棉线、注水口、筛网、吸水层、吸管、排水阀、床体和隔板组成,解决了豆芽培育过程中水分不易平衡的问题。隔板设置在床体中部,隔板的下表面连接有若干根吸管,吸管内部设置有棉线,吸水层放置于隔板上表面,棉线上端与吸水层连接,筛网固定在吸水层上表面;注水口位于床体侧面且在隔板下端,排水阀位于床体底部。将浸泡发芽的种子置于筛网上,由注水口加入培养液,棉线将吸收培养液并通过隔板下表面的吸管传递给吸水层;当豆芽吸收吸水层中的部分培养液后,床体底部的培养液将再次被棉线吸收进入吸水层,有效维持了豆芽生长环境的水分平衡。本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,成本低,实用性强,易于推广。

    本实用新型涉及一种植物培育装置,尤其涉及一种豆芽床。
背景技术
豆芽通常是在湿润的环境中培育。人们将豆子浸泡后置于培养液表面,发芽后的豆苗,其根系伸入培养液,通过吸收营养物质不断成长。在生长的过程中,若不能及时控制培养液的量,会导致水分过多使豆苗腐烂,或水分不足使豆苗枯萎。所以有设计一种豆芽床的必要。
发明内容
为了解决豆芽培育过程中水分不易平衡的问题,本实用新型提供了一种豆芽床。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
    豆芽床,由棉线、注水口、筛网、吸水层、吸管、排水阀、床体和隔板组成。隔板设置在床体中部,隔板的下表面连接有若干根吸管,吸管内部设置有棉线,吸水层放置于隔板上表面,棉线上端与吸水层连接,筛网固定在吸水层上表面;注水口位于床体侧面且在隔板下端,排水阀位于床体底部。将浸泡发芽的种子置于筛网上,由注水口加入培养液,棉线将吸收培养液并通过隔板下表面的吸管传递给吸水层;由于吸水层的分子吸力有限,吸水层只能吸收适量的培养液,恰好能维持豆芽生长的正常需要;当豆芽吸收吸水层中的部分培养液后,床体底部的培养液将再次被棉线吸收进入吸水层,有效维持了豆芽生长环境的水分平衡。豆芽培育完成后,开启排水阀即可更换培养液。
本实用新型的有益效果是利用棉线和吸水层对培养液的吸收,达到维持豆芽生长环境的水分平衡的效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示,豆芽床,由棉线1、注水口2、筛网3、吸水层4、吸管5、排水阀6、床体7和隔板8组成。隔板8设置在床体7中部,隔板8的下表面连接有若干根吸管5,吸管5内部设置有棉线1,吸水层4放置于隔板8上表面,棉线1上端与吸水层4连接,筛网3固定在吸水层4上表面;注水口2位于床体7侧面且在隔板8下端,排水阀6位于床体7底部。将浸泡发芽的种子置于筛网3上,由注水口2加入培养液,棉线1将吸收培养液并通过隔板8下表面的吸管5传递给吸水层4;由于吸水层4的分子吸力有限,吸水层4只能吸收适量的培养液,恰好能维持豆芽生长的正常需要;当豆芽吸收吸水层4中的部分培养液后,床体7底部的培养液将再次被棉线1吸收进入吸水层4,有效维持了豆芽生长环境的水分平衡。豆芽培育完成后,开启排水阀6即可更换培养液。本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,成本低,实用性强,易于推广。
