本实用新型涉及一种通用型边压块,其特征在于它包括边压块本体(1)以及调节座(2),所述边压块本体(1)包括中部的横段(1.1),横段(1.1)左端向下设置有调节段(1.2),调节段(1.2)的左右两侧面均设置有调节锯齿(1.3),横段(1.1)右端向上设置有边压块限位竖段(1.4),边压块限位竖段(1.4)的上端向右设置有边压块压舌(1.5),调节座(2)为U型夹持结构,U型夹持结构的左右两个内表面上设置有与调节锯齿(1.3)相配合的调节锯齿槽(2.1),调节锯齿(1.3)嵌置于调节锯齿槽(2.1)内。本实用新型通用型边压块的高度可调,适用于不同高度的太阳能组件,节省成本,易于装配。

本实用新型涉及一种通用型边压块,属于太阳能领域。
背景技术
在太阳能光伏技术中,薄膜组件通常是通过相应的压块固定在轨道上,不同厚度的薄膜组件需要相应固定高度的压块实现固定。现有的一些压块的固定高度是一定的,无法根据不同需求调节其自身的固定高度,在薄膜组件安装时还需根据需要选择不同固定高度的压块,为安装带来了不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种高度可调的通用型边压块。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种通用型边压块,它包括边压块本体以及调节座,所述边压块本体包括中部的横段,横段左端向下设置有调节段,调节段的左右两侧面均设置有调节锯齿,横段右端向上设置有边压块限位竖段,边压块限位竖段的上端向右设置有边压块压舌,调节座为U型夹持结构,U型夹持结构的左右两个内表面上设置有与调节锯齿相配合的调节锯齿槽,调节锯齿嵌置于调节锯齿槽内。
U型夹持结构的底部设置有加强边。
加强边的横向尺寸超出U型夹持结构的横向尺寸。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型通用型边压块的高度可调,适用于不同高度的太阳能组件,节省成本,易于装配。

参见图1~图2,本实用新型涉及的一种通用型边压块,它包括边压块本体1以及调节座2,所述边压块本体1包括中部的横段1.1,横段1.1左端向下设置有调节段1.2,调节段1.2的左右两侧面均设置有六个调节锯齿1.3,调节锯齿1.3的间距为2.5mm,横段1.1右端向上设置有边压块限位竖段1.4,边压块限位竖段1.4的上端向右设置有边压块压舌1.5,调节座2为U型夹持结构,U型夹持结构的左右两个内表面上设置有与调节锯齿1.3相配合的六个调节锯齿槽2.1,调节锯齿1.3嵌置于调节锯齿槽2.1内,通过调节调节锯齿1.3与调节锯齿槽2.1相互配合的锯齿高度来调节整个边压块4的高度,U型夹持结构的底部设置有加强边2.2,加强边2.2的横向尺寸超出U型夹持结构的横向尺寸。
实施例一、参见图3,图3中通用型边压块的压块本体1的六个调节锯齿1.3完全与调节座2的六个调节锯齿槽2.1配合,适用于厚度为40mm的太阳能光伏组件。
实施例二、参见图4,图4中通用型边压块的压块本体1的五个调节锯齿1.3与调节座2的五个调节锯齿槽2.1配合,适用于厚度为42.5mm的太阳能光伏组件。
实施例三、参见图5,图5中通用型边压块的压块本体1的四个调节锯齿1.3与调节座2的四个调节锯齿槽2.1配合,适用于厚度为45mm的太阳能光伏组件。
实施例四、参见图6,图6中通用型边压块的压块本体1的三个调节锯齿1.3与调节座2的三个调节锯齿槽2.1配合,适用于厚度为47.5mm的太阳能光伏组件。
实施例五、参见图7,图8中通用型边压块的压块本体1的两个调节锯齿1.3与调节座2的两个调节锯齿槽2.1配合,适用于厚度为50mm的太阳能光伏组件。

1.一种通用型边压块,其特征在于它包括边压块本体(1)以及调节座(2),所述边压块本体(1)包括中部的横段(1.1),横段(1.1)左端向下设置有调节段(1.2),调节段(1.2)的左右两侧面均设置有调节锯齿(1.3),横段(1.1)右端向上设置有边压块限位竖段(1.4),边压块限位竖段(1.4)的上端向右设置有边压块压舌(1.5),调节座(2)为U型夹持结构,U型夹持结构的左右两个内表面上设置有与调节锯齿(1.3)相配合的调节锯齿槽(2.1),调节锯齿(1.3)嵌置于调节锯齿槽(2.1)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通用型边压块,其特征在于U型夹持结构的底部设置有加强边(2.2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种通用型边压块,其特征在于加强边(2.2)的横向尺寸超出U型夹持结构的横向尺寸。
