本实用新型属于医疗器械领域，具体来说涉及一种可旋转LED无影灯。
背景技术
在手术中采用无影灯作为光源以减少阴影的影响。为减少光源的热源效应，现在有些无影灯采用LED作为光源。但是现在无影灯的体量都比较大，在一些小型手术中的应用受限。但是如果缩小无影灯的体积，由于可以装配的LED的数量有限，使得发光分布不均匀，造成手术时出现阴影，影响手术操作，因此需要在缩小无影灯体积的同时对灯体的结构作出改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种可旋转的LED无影灯，以解决上述问题。具体来说，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种可旋转LED无影灯，包括灯座2、灯杆3和LED灯泡4，其特征在于，在灯座2的中心设有定子6和转子7，定子6套在灯杆3上，转子7与灯座2连接，灯杆3的上部设有电刷8为灯座2中的LED灯泡4供电，其中电刷8的固定集电环设置在灯杆3上，而刷体与灯座连接，并通过引线通往LED灯泡4，从而为LED灯泡4供电，灯杆3的下部具有轴承5支撑灯座2。
为保护灯体以及防止灯座旋转时伤及四周，在灯座2的外部设置保护罩1，保护罩1分别在灯座2的上方和下方与灯杆3固定连接。
有益效果：使用时，通过灯座的旋转，可以解决小型LED无影灯照明不均匀的问题。

参见图1，本实用新型的可旋转LED无影灯包括灯座2、灯杆3和LED灯泡4，其中在灯座2的中心设有定子6和转子7，定子6套在灯杆3上，转子7与灯座2连接，灯杆3的上部设有电刷8为灯座2中的LED灯泡4供电，其中电刷8的固定集电环设置在灯杆3上，而刷体与灯座连接，并通过引线通往LED灯泡4，从而为LED灯泡4供电，并且灯杆3的下部具有轴承5支撑灯座2。开启无影灯时，灯座中装配的电机也启动，定子产生旋转磁场，转子的绕组产生感生电流从而旋转，驱动灯座旋转。灯杆上设有电刷，灯座旋转时，通过电刷为灯座中的LED灯泡供电。电刷可以采用电机领域中常用的各种电刷，主要能达成本实用新型的目的即可。众所周知，集电环是用绝缘体间隔开的环状导电体，在刷体沿导电体滑动的时候，会出现短暂的断路，导致灯闪烁。但是通过适当设置环状导电体的数量和电机的转速，可以使得灯闪烁的频率不能被人眼察觉。
优选地，为保护灯体以及防止灯座旋转时伤及四周，在灯座2的外部设置保护罩1，保护罩1分别在灯座2的上方和下方与灯杆3固定连接。
通过使用本实用新型的无影灯，通过灯座的旋转，可以解决小型LED无影灯照明不均匀的问题。

1. 一种可旋转LED无影灯，包括灯座（2）、灯杆（3）和LED灯泡（4），其特征在于，在灯座（2）的中心设有定子（6）和转子（7），定子（6）套在灯杆（3）上，转子（7）与灯座（2）连接，灯杆（3）的上部设有电刷（8）为灯座（2）中的LED灯泡（4）供电，其中电刷（8）的固定集电环设置在灯杆（3）上，而刷体与灯座连接，并通过引线通往LED灯泡（4），从而为LED灯泡（4）供电，灯杆（3）的下部具有轴承（5）支撑灯座（2）。
2. 如权利要求1所述的可旋转LED无影灯，其特征在于，在灯座（2）的外部设置保护罩（1），保护罩（1）分别在灯座（2）的上方和下方与灯杆（3）固定连接。
