背景技术
传统盒型满足不了吸烟者对烟取放的方便性要求，传统的烟盒大多为硬盒包装和软盒包装，两种烟盒共同的缺点是取拿不方便，尤其是第一次开启时由于香烟满置于其内，需要通过手指夹住过滤嘴才能将烟取出或通过对烟盒施加其它方向的外力方能取出，这样的结构一是不方便；二是不卫生，对现有的烟盒进行改造达到卫生方便易取的目的是整个行业应该解决的问题。

本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中烟盒取拿不方便和不卫生的问题。
为此，本实用新型提供了一种侧开启式烟包小盒，包括烟包外盒和套于其内的烟包内盒，所述烟包外盒长度方向一侧为全开口；所述烟包内盒上端面制有U型开口并且其开口端一侧的盒壁上制有向下的凹槽。
所述烟包外盒与全开口对应一侧的侧壁长度方向中心制有推送孔并且与全开口对应的上表面盒壁二长度方向中心制有圆弧形凹槽。
所述烟包内盒上端面与外侧壁交界处中心制有可沿外侧壁长度方向旋转的圆弧形拉耳。
所述烟包内盒上端面的U型开口底部距上端面开口一侧的盒壁小于内盒长度的三分之二。
所述凹槽为圆弧型并有多个。

本实用新型提供了一种如图1-3所示的一种侧开启式烟包小盒，包括烟包外盒1和套于其内的烟包内盒2，所述烟包外盒1长度方向一侧为全开口3；所述烟包内盒2上端面制有U型开口4并且其开口端一侧的盒壁一5上制有向下的凹槽6。所述凹槽6的槽底距其盒体2的上表面的垂直距离大于一根烟体直径1.2倍。
该方案颠覆了传统的烟盒内外结构，使其可以从侧面取出烟包内盒的烟体，取拿方便；优选的内盒U型开口设计使烟体不论是刚开始还是使用了一段时间都处于松弛易取的状态。
实施例2：
在实施例1的基础上，结合附图1-3描述，所述烟包外盒1与全开口3对应一侧的侧壁7长度方向中心制有推送孔8并且与全开口对应的上表面盒壁二9长度方向中心制有圆弧形凹槽10。
所述烟包内盒2上端面与外侧壁11交界处中心制有可沿外侧壁长度方向旋转的圆弧形拉耳12；也即以外侧壁11的上端为轴做270度翻转。。
所述烟包内盒2上端面的U型开口4底部(最低处)距上端面开口一侧的盒壁5小于烟包内盒1长度的三分之二，也不小于烟包内盒1长度的二分之一。
所述凹槽6为圆弧型并有多个，整体呈波浪型排布于烟包内盒侧壁。
所述侧开启式烟包小盒整体粘接而成，如图2、3中示出了部分粘接部位，并且各相邻部位连接处之间制有折痕13。
该方案优选的推送孔、圆弧形拉耳和整体呈波浪型凹槽使得取出烟包内盒只需轻轻一推，取出烟体是不用夹持便可轻易取出，并且不易散落烟体。

3.如权利要求1所述的侧开启式烟包小盒，其特征在于：所述烟包内盒上端面与外侧壁交界处中心制有可沿外侧壁长度方向旋转的圆弧形拉耳。
4.如权利要求1所述的侧开启式烟包小盒，其特征在于：所述烟包内盒上端面的半U型开口底部距上端面开口一侧的盒壁小于内盒长度的三分之二。
5.如权利要求1所述的侧开启式烟包小盒，其特征在于：所述凹槽为圆弧型并有多个。
