技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带涂层喷绘胶片,尤其是一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,属于国际专利分类表中“B41M印刷、复制、标记或拷贝工艺;彩色印刷”技术领域。 
背景技术
随着人们旅游、休闲、商业活动的增多以及高新科技的广泛运用,各自户内,户外媒介已成为广告主的新宠,其增长速度大大高于传统电视、报纸和杂志媒体。常见的有灯箱、路牌、霓虹灯、招贴,展板,店头,卖场,交通工具和橱窗等等,如今无论是在城区内,或是在高速公路两侧,或是设置在城市建筑物维修围蔽上的大型喷绘广告,或是丰富的墙体招贴,展板,店头,卖场POP广告画,令人印象深刻。 
常见的喷绘材料是没有吸附性的,当人们需要将打印好的材料张贴出来时只能用胶纸或胶水或其它物质来实现,给人们的使用带来麻烦,而且还弄脏了张贴的地方,中国专利02226139.7公开了“一种可喷墨打印的磁纸”包括一层喷墨打印纸,其特征在于在喷墨打印纸的底面设有一层超薄磁胶层,在超薄磁胶层的底面还设有一光油层。该磁胶纸产品在它外表面上可进行喷墨打印,这种产品能够吸附于铁质或磁质表面,但是这种磁胶纸产品存在一定的缺陷:(1)这种磁胶纸产品超薄磁胶层中的磁粉价格昂贵,生产成本过高;(2)该产品的物理性质(抗拉伸强度、抗撕裂强度低下)决定了该产品无法应用于喷绘广告行业;(3)该产品无法兼容目前两种最主流的喷绘打印(溶剂型和弱溶剂型);(4)在喷绘打印过程中会与金属部件接触,相互作用(吸引),导致无法喷绘或效率低下。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种结构简单,生产成本相对于磁性材料低,打印效率高,并可兼容目前主流喷绘打印(溶剂型和弱溶剂型)的并可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,包括吸墨涂层,其中所述吸墨涂层一侧表面连结有薄片层,所述薄片层的另一侧表面连结有铁粉涂层。 
优选地,上述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其中所述薄片层与所述吸墨涂层、铁粉涂层采用刮刀涂布技术连结。 
优选地,上述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其中所述薄片层厚度为0.1~0.5mm,所述铁粉涂层厚度为0.08~0.12mm。 
优选地,上述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其中所述薄片层为PP/PET/墙纸/油画布喷绘材料基材。 
优选地,上述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其中所述铁粉涂层中铁粉粒度为500~1500目。 
优选地,上述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其中所述薄片层可设置一层或多层;所述铁粉涂层可设置一层或多层。 
本实用新型的技术效果主要体现在:薄片层的另一侧表面连结有铁粉涂层,可以被磁力吸引,对比传统的可以被磁吸的材料通常是又硬又重的金属而言,本实用新型中铁粉涂层厚度为0.08~0.12mm,轻便且柔性高,另外本实用新型中铁粉涂层中的铁粉对比与磁性涂料层中的磁粉价格低,使得该涂层喷绘胶片生产成本低,而且在打印过程之中也不会由于与金属元件发生相互作用,导致无法喷绘打印,或影响喷绘效率。

如图1所示,一种可被磁吸的涂层喷绘胶片,包括吸墨涂层1,吸墨涂层1一侧表面连结有薄片层2,薄片层2的另一侧表面连结有铁粉涂层3,薄片层 2与吸墨涂层1、铁粉涂层3之间采用刮刀涂布技术连结。 
薄片层2为PP/PET/墙纸/油画布等通用的喷绘材料,其厚度为0.1~0.5mm,铁粉涂层3中铁粉粒度为500~1500目,其厚度为0.08~0.12mm。 
薄片层2可设置一层或多层;铁粉涂层3可设置一层或多层。

吸墨涂层1为聚胺脂预涂层、PVA/聚乙烯醇和二氧化硅共混涂层,其厚度为0.05mm,总共约25g。 
〖实施例2〗 
吸墨涂层1为聚胺脂预涂层、聚合树脂(二氧化硅、丙烯酸乳液)共混涂层,其厚度为0.025mm,总共约25g。 
通过以上描述可以看出,铁粉涂层可以被磁力吸引,对比传统的可以被磁吸的材料通常是又硬又重的金属而言,本实用新型中铁粉涂层厚度为0.08~0.12mm,轻便且柔性高,可以直接通过铁粉涂层与磁体的磁力作用直接吸附张贴在磁性基体上,无需专业的传统背胶施工安装人员,可节省大量的安装时间和成本,另外本实用新型中铁粉涂层中的铁粉对比与磁性涂料层中的磁粉价格低,使得该涂层喷绘胶片生产成本低,而且在打印过程之中也不会由于与金属元件发生相互作用,导致无法喷绘打印,或影响喷绘效率。 
当然,以上所述仅本实用新型典型应用的示例性说明,通过对相同或相似技术特征的组合与替换,可以形成多种具体方案,这些方案均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,包括吸墨涂层,其特征在于:所述吸墨涂层一侧表面连结有薄片层,所述薄片层的另一侧表面连结有铁粉涂层。 
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其特征在于:所述薄片层与所述吸墨涂层、铁粉涂层采用刮刀涂布技术连结。 
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其特征在于:所述薄片层厚度为0.1~0.5mm,所述铁粉涂层厚度为0.08~0.12mm。 
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其特征在于:所述薄片层为PP/PET/墙纸/油画布喷绘材料基材。 
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种可被磁吸的带涂层喷绘胶片,其特征在于:所述铁粉涂层中铁粉粒度为500~1500目。
