技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于车辆快插气路的装配装置，特别涉及一种应用在商用车上的快插气路中螺母座、卡簧、垫圈的组合装配装置。
背景技术
现有的商用车上的快插气路中螺母座、卡簧、垫圈的装配装置，其接头和安装座通常采用丝扣连接方式，因此，现有技术中的装配装置只能正转，不能反转，因为反转将会导致接头和安装座松动、脱离，由此导致装配装置在装配过程中只能紧固，不能拆卸；同时，其把手采用的是圆柱体，在紧固过程中，不便于用力，达不到紧固力矩要求，从而影响装配效率。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的不足，本实用新型提供一种用于车辆快插气路的装配装置，其能够同时实现装配和拆卸，又能达到紧固力矩要求，提高装配效率的工具。
用于车辆快插气路的装配装置包括接头1、安装座2、连接杆3、把手4，接头1、安装座2、连接杆3、把手4之间固定连接，其中，接头1的前端具有三段结构，用于装配卡簧和垫圈，接头1的后端具有圆柱形表面，用于装配螺母座。
其中，所述固定连接为焊接连接。
其中，所述把手4为T型结构。
优选地，螺母座具有Φ8的中心孔，接头1的圆柱为Φ8圆柱。
优选地，所述接头1、安装座2均为圆钢所机加工，材质Q235；所述连接杆3为Φ16×2圆管，材质Q235，长度为180mm；所述把手4为Φ16×2圆管，材质Q235，长度为140mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：既可组合装配螺母座、卡簧、垫圈，又便于拆卸螺母座；同时在紧固过程便于用力，能够达到螺母座的紧固力矩要求，从而提高装配效率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
如图1和2所示，用于车辆快插气路的装配装置包括接头1、安装座2、连接杆3、把手4，接头1、安装座2、连接杆3、把手4之间固定连接，其中，接头1的前端具有三段结构，用于装配卡簧和垫圈，接头1的后端具有圆柱形表面，用于装配螺母座。
其中，所述固定连接为焊接连接。
其中，所述把手4为T型结构。
优选地，螺母座具有Φ8的中心孔，接头1的圆柱为Φ8圆柱。
优选地，所述接头、安装座均为圆钢所机加工，材质Q235；所述连接杆为Φ16×2圆管，材质Q235，长度为180mm；所述把手为Φ16×2圆管，材质Q235，长度为140mm。
如图2所示，在装配过程中，将套有螺母座、卡簧、垫圈的组合装配装置对正需装配的阀体口，旋入，并紧固螺母座，达到力矩要求。
由于装配装置的接头和安装座采用固定连接方式，因此，在将螺母座、卡簧、垫圈组合装配的过程中，既能紧固又能拆卸。同时，由于设置了把手，因此在紧固过程便于用力，从而达到螺母座的紧固力矩要求。
