本实用新型涉及一种加工设备的除尘装置，特别是一种金属切割机除尘装置。
背景技术
传统的金属切割机一般没有设计除尘装置，工人在进行切割时，高速旋转的切割片会将被切割物上的灰尘扬起，使工作环境极度变差，也使周围环境恶化，严重影响了人们的健康。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本实用新型提供一种金属切割机除尘装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：
一种金属切割机除尘装置，它包括：金属切割机、吸尘腔、挡板、收集盒、盒盖、净化池、风机，其特征是：在金属切割机的后下方设置一个封闭的吸尘腔，在吸尘腔内部的上方设置一块档板，在吸尘腔的下方设置一个收集盒，在收集盒的下部设置盒盖，在吸尘腔的末端设置一个封闭的净化池，在净化池的上方设置风机，或者在吸尘腔的中段设置风机，在净化池内注入水或者其它净化液体。
前述的金属切割机除尘装置，其特征是：吸尘腔的末端设置在净化池的一侧，且吸尘腔末端的开口向下设置。
使用时，风机启动，风机在吸尘腔内形成气流，使切割片扬起的灰尘进入吸尘腔，然后从净化池的上方向下进入净化池，被净化池内的水或者其它净化液体吸附，实现空气的净化，档板可以将较大的废屑挡住落到下面的收集盒，当收集盒内的废屑聚集到一定量时，可以打开收集盒下面的盒盖，将废屑倒掉。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的第一个实施例中，在金属切割机1的后下方设置一个封闭的吸尘腔2，在吸尘腔2的内部上方设置一块档板3，在吸尘腔2的下方设置一个收集盒4，在收集盒4的下部设置盒盖5，在吸尘腔2的末端设置一个封闭的净化池6，在净化池6的上方设置风机7，在净化池6内注入水或者其它净化液体；吸尘腔2的末端设置在净化池6的一侧，且吸尘腔2末端的开口向下设置。
在图2所示的第二个实施例中，其它设置和第一个实施例相同，不同之处是：在吸尘腔2的中段设置风机7，由吸风变为吹风。

1.一种金属切割机除尘装置，它包括：金属切割机(1)、吸尘腔(2)、挡板(3)、收集盒(4)、盒盖(5)、净化池(6)、风机(7)，其特征是：在金属切割机(1)的后下方设置一个封闭的吸尘腔(2)，在吸尘腔(2)的上方设置一块档板(3)，在吸尘腔(2)的下方设置一个收集盒(4)，在收集盒(4)的下部设置盒盖(5)，在吸尘腔(2)的末端设置一个封闭的净化池(6)，在净化池(6)的上方设置风机(7)，或者在吸尘腔(2)的中段设置风机(7)，在净化池(6)内注入水或者其它净化液体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属切割机除尘装置，其特征是：吸尘腔(2)的末端设置在净化池(6)的一侧，且吸尘腔(2)末端的开口向下设置。
