为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种可卧式焊接的超级电容器,包括超级电容器本体,超级电容器本体上设计有正极导针和负极导针,其特征是:正极导针和负极导针均设计有90°的折弯,正极导针的折弯长度长于负极导针的折弯长度。
此结构中,所述正极导针的折弯长度比负极导针的折弯长度长3-5mm。
此结构中,所述负极导针的折弯部位距离其根部4-7mm。
本实用新型的优点效果在于:由于本实用新型的这种结构,所以使得超级电容器在线路板上安装时,可以卧式焊接,并且二次点胶固定超级电容器本体,更加有利于线路板的薄型化和延长电子产品使用寿命,正极导针和负极导针折弯长度的不同,有利于超级电容器正负极的区分,避免了插反的可能。
