LED灯是一种常用的照明灯具,其利用LED发光体作为光源进行照明,具有节能环保的优点。现有技术LED灯,其散热座上设置有多个散热翅片,散热翅片均为平板状,散热面积有限,散热效果差。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种双头LED灯,以解决现有技术存在的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种双头LED灯,其特征在于:包括有铜柱,铜柱两端分别安装有LED座,每端LED座的外座面分别嵌入有基板,基板上分别固定有相对于基板凸出的LED发光芯片,每端LED座的外座面上还分别设置有罩住LED发光芯片的透明球罩,所述铜柱两端分别伸入对应端LED座中并固定在基板上,铜柱上固定有多个呈扭曲面状的散热翅片。
所述的一种双头LED灯,其特征在于:每个透明灯罩罩底还分别连接有卡入对应LED座外座面中的导向柱。
本实用新型在铜柱上设置多个扭曲面状的散热翅片,能有效增大散热面积,进而提高了LED灯整体散热性能,延长了LED灯的使用寿命。

如图1所示。一种双头LED灯,包括有铜柱1,铜柱1两端分别安装有LED座2,每端LED座2的外座面分别嵌入有基板3,基板3上分别固定有相对于基板3凸出的LED发光芯片4,每端LED座2的外座面上还分别设置有罩住LED发光芯片4的透明球罩5,铜柱1两端分别伸入对应端LED座2中并固定在基板3上,铜柱1上固定有多个呈扭曲面状的散热翅片6。每个透明灯罩5罩底还分别连接有卡入对应LED座2外座面中的导向柱7。

1.一种双头LED灯,其特征在于:包括有铜柱,铜柱两端分别安装有LED座,每端LED座的外座面分别嵌入有基板,基板上分别固定有相对于基板凸出的LED发光芯片,每端LED座的外座面上还分别设置有罩住LED发光芯片的透明球罩,所述铜柱两端分别伸入对应端LED座中并固定在基板上,铜柱上固定有多个呈扭曲面状的散热翅片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双头LED灯,其特征在于:每个透明灯罩罩底还分别连接有卡入对应LED座外座面中的导向柱。
