背景技术
现有技术中，无槛门结构设计的门窗，由于其底部门槛与其它框料设计不同，因此下口的组框结构与上口的组框结构不同；一般无槛门下口处，竖框与门槛之间采用铣反型后再连接的方式，工艺要求复杂，制作难度大对加工者技术要求高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，而提供一种结构合理，使用安装方便，简化外框的组框形式，简便了制作工艺要求的无槛门门窗的铝合金外框下口组框结构。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的，所述的无槛门门窗的铝合金外框下口组框结构，所述的外框下口由左右竖向边框和下门框组装而成，所述的下门框为无槛门框，所述的左右两竖向边框和无槛门框均为铝合金框；所述无槛门框的两端边分别相接有左右两竖向边框的内侧框边，并在相接处至少垫置有一双面胶贴。
所述的双面胶贴的形状对应于所述无槛门框的端部截面形状相同；在所述双面胶贴上对应地开设有螺钉孔，所述无槛门框通过螺钉分别与所述左右两竖向边框紧固连接。
本实用新型主要是简化了两者之间的组框形式，简便了制作工艺要求。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细的介绍： 图1、2所示，本实用新型所述的无槛门门窗的铝合金外框下口组框结构，所述的外框下口由左右竖向边框1和下门框组装而成，所述的下门框为无槛门框2，所述的左右两竖向边框1和无槛门框2均为铝合金框；所述无槛门框2的两端边分别相接有左右两竖向边框的内侧框边，并在相接处至少垫置有一双面胶贴7。
图2所示的双面胶贴7的形状对应于所述无槛门框2的端部截面形状相同；在所述双面胶贴7上对应地开设有螺钉孔8，所述无槛门框2通过固定螺钉9分别与所述左右两竖向边框1紧固连接。

1.一种无槛门门窗的铝合金外框下口组框结构，所述的外框下口由左右竖向边框和下门框组装而成，其特征在于所述的下门框为无槛门框，所述的左右两竖向边框和无槛门框均为铝合金框；所述无槛门框的两端边分别相接有左右两竖向边框的内侧框边，并在相接处至少垫置有一双面胶贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无槛门门窗的铝合金外框下口组框结构，其特征在于所述的双面胶贴的形状对应于所述无槛门框的端部截面形状相同；在所述双面胶贴上对应地开设有螺钉孔，所述无槛门框通过螺钉分别与所述左右两竖向边框紧固连接。
