背景技术
在工业、民用建筑等行业电气施工中,在高空垂直结构体上作业时,作业区域四周,无攀爬站立可依靠的角落,这时普遍会采用吊笼载人,来完成电气施工任务。但是吊笼一般是悬于半空,作业人员在施工中,吊笼会随着作业人员的动作,前后左右的摇摆,特别是在吊笼内使用电动工具需精准施工时,作业人员在吊笼内须进行多次调整稳定吊笼,才能达到施工效果,这样给施工带来了诸多不便,施工效率不高。
