目前在预制梁场预制梁区的钢筋吊架普遍采用两台龙门吊协助示的双孔吊架，那样使得两台龙门吊保持同步性的要求高，然而现时吊装很难保证两台龙门吊步调，速率一致，这使得钢筋吊装时波动性大，不稳定，存在安全隐。同时，两台龙门吊共同操作，不利于设备的合理利用，严重影响成本的节约，与人力，物力的控制，而且严重影响生产进度。
